Having spent 5 days over Christmas, would happily stay here again. Located on a quiet side street leading directly to the beach. Lovely quiet pool area in the centre of the 7 bungalows. A couple of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The apartment 2A was on first floor. No lift. 2 sets of step.Balcony with pool view. Comfy chairs and table to use. Also beach chairs, cooler box,and beach trolley to use. Everything was clean in all areas and well equipped kitchen.Bed was comfy room spacious . Lounge and dining area great.
Pool area small but nice surroundings with sunbeds ,pool towels supplied. Well maintained garden area. 2 gas grills which we used every night. Designated parking outside of gated property.

The hotel accommodation was great, clean and comfortable, we had room with balcony which was perfect. We would have our breakfast there, come up from beach and have refreshments, so relaxing. Plenty of staff on hand coffee, tea, lemonade, biscuits, popcorn all available free in reception. Along with videos etc. Lots of quiet areas to sit, pool looked nice, we went to beach, if I could add 1 thing, would be to suggest that guests refrain from playing music on the beach, on one of our days...

Very clean room, great air conditioning and wifi.
Abigail was very helpful. I’m a quiet sleeper and she arranged for us to switch rooms which made our stay.
Breakfast was good.
It’s easy to access St Armands Circle, Longboat Key etc and near the freeway for travel North/South.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very pleased with the hotel and the instructions left as we were a late check in. The hotel and whole area is very relaxed and a great place to chill out. Chairs & umbrellas are provided free of charge and can be taken to any of the beautiful beaches nearby. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely consider staying again if we return to the area.
