Let me start by saying this is my first time staying here and I would give it another try but I did have two incidents occur in a 4-day stay. My first room that I stayed in, the air conditioner didn't work. They did move me the next day however that was not easy and I don't blame them because they were completely booked however I was met with resistance at the idea of them even attempting to figure out how to move me they gave me a flat no in the beginning and I said to them I cannot stay here for four nights without air conditioning. So I suffered the first night only to move my stuff out of the room the next morning as I was told to do and when I return later that afternoon I was given another room of which the air conditioner worked however at some point in the middle of the evening the ceiling in the shower began to run water from some type of pipe break and it basically flooded out my room. I did speak to the front desk again they sent somebody to remedy the situation while I was gone and I resume my stay uninterrupted after that. So for that I have my reservations but it was handled professionally so I would give them a second shot. Besides that beds were comfortable the place is very chic and the location is extremely convenient. There is EV parking and charging available on premise. I note this for those who are inquiring but I can't say what level charging it is I'm assuming it's level two but you can call and ask the front desk if you need to.
