"Need to have AC on in rooms before we arrive. I had to run AC all night and it turned it self off. I was told I could not add water to my room, had to pay by card. Have you had Sarasota tap water? One elevator running and lots of traffic on the second floor at night. Bed was nice and shower was great. "

"We reserved a wheelchair accessible room, we did not get one until the second night. We made sure ahead of time that this was reserved as my wife is in a wheelchair, and she could not take a shower, this was very frustrating . Hotel was great but accessibility is very weak. We were eventually moved to a wheelchair accessible room but still it should have been there for us for when we checked in. "

"Easy parking, room was clean, AC is a little noisy but cold, bathroom had a weird water leak coming from the floor/wall. Free continental breakfast was good. Room was next to the stairwell where the door was slamming shut loudly throughout the entire stay when someone would use it. Overall not bad. Would stay again for the price/value. "

"The place was super dirty I found the beds with the used blankets they did not changed them and when I requested new blankets I found them outside on a chair so I ended up changing the blankets my self "
