"I will never ever stay here ever again the staff was friendly but the place needs to be renovated. When I first got there I was immediately creeped out I felt like I was in a scary movie. I got into one of the rooms which smelled like weed and there was blood on the wall light and in the tub. The room also had traces of mold in it, and there were stains on the carpet overall would never stay there ever again would not recommend to anybody unless you absolutely need a place to stay even then I would rather sleep under a bridge or a tent."

"The ocean was visible. The hot tub is extremely small. Says maximum capacity 6 - no way. Also, it was very dirty. I’ll spare details. Other than that, a wonderful stay. The restaurant across the street was stellar!"

"Property in good condition overall. Mainly booked this property due to the close proximity to the University of New Hampshire and downtown Durham. Rooms are modern. Shower was decent. Beds are comfortable. I've stayed here several times over the past 4 years, and one thing that's a negative is the quality of the hot breakfast has deteriorated....but it's still a good perk they provide a hot breakfast included with your stay.
