The staff was unreachable at the desk and when I finally made contact extremely rude. The place is filthy, outdated, and overpriced. Sapphire is such a lovely area with many choices of places to stay. I would stay far far away from Fairway.

Golf Trip
Everything was excellent with the exception of the Sapphire golf course. The condition was truly sub par.

The only reasons i gave 4 in some questions is because the pictures give a sense that all the amenities are in the property. When in reality, you have to drive at least two miles to the amenities and restaurants. There are no amenities in the property.

Property was fine. I did not like the $20 amenity charge that was a surprise at check in. It was not mentioned during booking. Also I booked 2 rooms. These were 1 bedroom condos. They initially booked the second room on another cul-de-sac because I did not request that they be near each other. That was a question they should have asked me and not a requirement that I was supposed to tell them. Not happy with the 2 story nature of the condo. Entrance was ground level but living area was a flight down. Again, something that should have been pointed out and not a question one normally asks when booking a room.

Great little place to visit. Several waterfalls to take a look at. Snowed for us one night and it made everything even more enjoyable.

We were truly impressed with the unit we stayed in. All brand-new floors, appliances etc. Two things that we were disheartened by, the shower leaked water all over the floor and the people in the other unit, was really loud.

The amenities were amazing. We will definitely return and use more of the amenities. The condo had recently been renovated and was very well appointed. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was tongs, tupperware, and the scissors handle was broken. But, I will bring those items next time as our stay was fabulous.
