She then asked to get into our rental car and we "drove" to the site which was down an alley with a bar outside with lots of drunk men lounging around. The property was dirty full of flies and the toilet didnt' work. She insisted that we pay and added extra "fees" to the bill which she claimed were from our CC company but were not. THIS...
