"I had repeated problems with the facial recognition system required to enter the building and the digital code required to enter my room. The internet also didn't work at the start of my stay, which made communication with the off-site staff, who can only be reached by text message, tricky. Though they were responsive and sought to resolve these issues, and ultimately did, I was put in a situation that was less than ideal: unable to enter the building and my room, I was stranded in the street...

"O hotel fica perto de drogaria, padaria e supermercado. O café da manhã é ok para o preço da diária. O problema fica por conta das instalações. São poucas tomadas e ficam mal distribuídas. Existe apenas um criado mudo, mesmo com uma cama de casal. Não existe sabonete em barra pequeno na pia do banheiro. É preciso abrir a porta do box para usar o sabonete líquido que fica ao lado shampoo (gera uma molhança no piso). Vi um copo descartável com várias bitucas de cigarro no parapeito, provavelmente...

"The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!"
