It’s almost a scan. They affitm that to deliver the acess to the property all the reception is done digitally. what they don’t mention is that they irregularly request tour facial biometric data obtained by their “apps”. Dening the biometric data there’re no reception process. The absurd is that there’s no alternative, even contacting them by phone is a possibility. Actually Expedia was not able to do that. In resume an abusive and inappropriate platform that is being offered by an usually trustful Expedia. The worst experience ever.

Localização ótima, ap muito bom. Pontos negativos: a comunicação é tudo via chatboot, demora para chegar em atendimento humano ( quando chega tudo se resolve) e o espaço que fiz a reserva é com vista para cidade e me deram com vista para um prédio.

Ficar no Nomah para mim é sempre positivo. Adoro a localização, a decoração do quarto, os utensílios, tudo muito bem pensado e super indico. Gostaria apenas que revisassem a questão do ar condicionado funcionar como aquecedor. O aparelho é DUAL INVERTER e tem SIM a função de aquecer. Os atendentes do Nomah explicam que não oferecem aquecedor no quarto, mas a máquina tem sim essa capacidade. Porém deve haver alguma configuração impedindo essa função de operar, possivelmente para economizar energia. Porém, nas noites frias passa-se FRIO nos apartamentos do Nomah. Isso é um fato. É vc e o cobertor de algodão (que também fica gelado, não oferecem manta) pra passar a noite. Esse é o único ponto que preciso ressaltar no Nomah. O resto funciona perfeitamente.

Apartamento ótimo , bom tamanho , fiquei em um maior de depois dois dias no menor e sinceramente gostei do menor , mais aconchegante andar mais alto, e o preço melhor! Localização ótima e tranquila ! Só não dou nota máxima porque senti falta de uma vassoura ou pano de limpeza de chão, uma vassoura e pá pano e de prato ! Quando suja é horrível ou quando se lava prato fica tudo molhado ! Ah e o colchão deu dor nas costas minha e do meu marido( afunda a coluna)!
