Tsue The Palace Flat - EXCELLENT, Hotels.com - BAD
Staff at Tsue was very helpful with a late check in and late check out. I could not recommend higher. Hotels.com was terrible and I could not find the reservation in the app. I will not use Hotels.com again but I will stay at Tsue.

Don't stay here. Room did not have proper working windows and doors. Glass doors had a 2.5" inch gap to the outside and windows and a 1.5" inch gap to the outside. This hotel is located within visual of CGH runway. Planes are landing every 2 minutes at busy times. Give me a break!! I don't have time for this level of irresponsibility.

Great stay
Traveled during the Pandemic, so a lot of restaurants closed or closed by 9pm. Love this hotel only issue is if you are a light sleeper you will be waken the the airplanes.

Repeat Customer - Great Location and Service
Location is hard to beat. Service is efficient and polite. Included breakfast was a nice touch. Room is a nice size and comfortable but a tad worn down, although clean. I have stayed many times and will continue to do so.

The sitting room was nice to have when a friend stopped by to visit. The TV pivoted so could be seen in either the sitting room or in the bedroom.

Noisy!!!
Very noisy due to proximity to Congonhas Airport. At 6AM airplanes start to take off every 2 minutes or so. Impossible to take rest until late in the night. Old facility with refurbished rooms that are clean and cozy. While the vecinity is calm and relatively safe, there is nowhere to go except for a couple of restaurants nearby. I guess it could be convenient if it is for a one overnight stay near Congonhas Airport.

Good, but small....
Excellent location, walk distance to Mall, glocery stores, restaurants. Very good free breakfast buffet. Nice lobby, Gym, and pool areas. The only problem is the small room for family of 4 people. They don't really offer 2 bedrooms + TV room. We had to accommodate the kids in the TV room and leave the bedroom door opened for the air conditioning to flow through. Very small bathroom.

Room was cute and quaint. Clean bathrooms and bed.lots of storage. Ok price. Nice neighborhood to stay in as far as safety goes but not much to do.
