It is a good hotel but it needs some tender loving care and updating in the rooms. Their personnel and service is fantastic. Location is fantastic as a Business Hotel. Strongly recommend their restaurant. Now they have both Indian and Italian restaurant. I have always eaten their indian food which is superb but this time I tried the Italian Menu and it was as good.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean!! Make sure you know exactly what you used from the room mini bar bc they tried to charge us for 2 beers we didn't drink (I never use the mini bar).

Hotel com luzes queimadas, fios soltos no teto do restaurante e paredes descascadas. Além disso o café da manhã e fraquíssimo, com produtos de baixa qualidade e nenhuma opção para intolerantes. Tudo que você pede é cobrado à parte (ex: ovo sem leite). O frigobar é um assalto. Uma água em copo custa R$7,00.

The hotel is convenient located. I loved the bed, everything is clean, internet was great and breakfast tasty. The only thing is the bathroom was outdates not matching the hotel standards.

The staff was fairly unfriendly when I asked for early check-in. They let others do it (i watched from the lobby) but not me. I was polite and had even called ahead a few weeks before. Also...there's no bar or place for snacks or food other than room service. The seating is minimal in the lobby and there just isn't a good place to work other than from your room. The restaurants aren't open all day. It's not air conditioned very well so little relief from the heat and humidity. I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel provides early check-in upon availability of the apartments. People who had check-in before have had reservations since the previous day and therefore have priority.
Regarding the restaurant, it is open for breakfast from 6AM to 10AM, while Tulsi opens at 12AM and closes at 11PM.
We hope to have the opportunity to reverse the bad impression and that you can be with us soon.

Breakfast was good, with varieties. Area was safe. Reception friendly and nice, but rooms were not clean and sign of neglect was showing, for example some urine smell was present in the bathroom. For me the pillows were the worst giving me headache, but this is personal preference perhaps.

They are renewing furniture and overhauling rooms; under a new administration the hotel has kept previous quality, I really liked the Breakfast compared to similar hotels in Sao Paulo.
