The location and rooms are good, we enjoyed the almost-modern facilities. Air conditioner didn't work well. Housekeeping didn't do our room and the staff really didn't care for the feedback. Valet was quick, but pricey compared to other cities - could be just in Sao Paolo. Overall good.

Great property! The staff were pleasant and rooms were clean, bright but a bit small. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although lots of the sites it’s easier to take an Uber to go see. They have a 24hr coffee machine in the lobby and make sure to get one of the delicious treats upon check in, yum!!

I loved the free coffee at the Entrance, amazing location and amazing staff. The room had stains on the curtains, sheets and the gym was really really sad.

Internet is Terrible here.
The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the wifi internet was incredibly spotty (slow or not working) during my entire stay. The most frustrating thing about this is that the staff was fully aware that it is an ongoing issue for a long time. In fact, the other website (Booking) has several negative reviews that complained about the horrible wifi... but magically Hotels.com doesn't have any mention of about bad wifi... weird huh?!? If you need wifi, don't stay here. Other than the wifi issue, the staff were super nice, the hotel was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was OK.

I always liked the Paraiso neighborhood as it's convenient to everything. The food in the restaurant is good and the price was reasonable. The daily room rate was reasonable, although the room was on the small side. The shower in the bathroom was excellent with plenty of hot water. Although the room was clean, housekeeping had some hiccups on resupplying the room with towels and toilet. This was easily corrected by asking the maid out in the hallway. Overall, a good value for the Paraiso area.

Good value.
The staff is very friendly and helped me with an early check-in. The property is well maintained and is very well located, the breakfast was adequate and was included. The only issue I saw was with the elevators, the hotel has 4, but they are always on the same level and are kind of difucult to get. Not really sure who designed the system that manage them.

Great value for money
I got this room for $50 and it’s very much worth the money in my opinion. The location is good. Room is modern and clean albeit a bit small. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t try the food so can’t attest to that but otherwise very happy would stay here if you are on a budget and want something that is comfortable, clean and well located.
