Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Avoid at all costs

Horrible. I got there, when I was finally able to reach them, they insisted they didn't have a reservation to my name. They said the listing I had booked wasn't mine, this took about two hours. Had to book another hotel, only to have them write to me the next morning saying they had found my reservation. It's been over two weeks and still no refund.
