Necessitando de um "chá de panelas"....

Não há dúvida o apto é excelente. Limpo, confortável, splits e TV funcionando e bem localizado. Dois problemas gostaria de comentar: (a) a chegada e entrada foi complicada, o porteiro completamente despreparado. Como as portas de minha sacada não abriram reclamei e dai a solução (mudança de apto) levou quase 40 mins para solucionar. A internet é muito fraca. (b) Mas o que mais me incomodou é que era um apt hotel e deveria estar equipado com o "minimo" de utensílios, para uma refeição rápida ou até mesmo um café da manhã. Não havia um único prato de para comer, somente restos de louças, um único garfo e dai por diante. O apto é equipado somente com restos de louças e utensílios. Tendo, fogão, forno de microondas não há panelas, enfim não pode ser considerado um Residencial. Pois obriga os hospedes a comerem todo o tempo na rua. Este problema precisa ser revisado...

Passei uma noite no flat e o achei excelente. O espaço é bem pequeno mas bem distribuído e é confortável para duas pessoas. Tive dificuldades de conseguir informações sobre o check in antecipadamente pois não me responderam ao chat no site do Expedia, mas chegando no dia do check in minha chave estava na portaria já identificada e os porteiros foram simpáticos e ágeis no atendimento. O bairro de Pinheiros é tudo que se pode desejar para uma estada em São Paulo, excelentes restaurantes, metrô próximo e tudo mais.

Confirm your reservation if you are arriving late!

Did not have our reservation ready when we arrived. The night doorman did not have a key, or a way to generate a key for us. We were already running late and this was complicating the situation. Thankfully the Doorman was very helpful and was able to get us into our room. The place itself was fantastic. If it wasn't for the great service by the guy on duty that night we would have never gone back. But he saved the night. We look forward to staying there again

Um total descaso.

Estou na recepção a 1 hora e não consta minha reserva. Foi debitado do cartão e não encontram minha reserva. Acabamos de sair da Fenatran e por incompetência de não sei quem não temos lugar para dormir. Um absurdo não ter alguém responsável e deixar apenas o porteiro que nada entende das reservas. Quero meu dinheiro de volta com no mínimo um pedido de desculpa.

Local excepcional. Recomento a todos. Ficamos por 3 noites e a única reclamação que tenho são dos travesseiros. Tem apenas 2 travesseiros e ambos são muito baixos. Se o proprietário disponibilizar mais 2 travesseiros mais altos eu daria nota 11 para o local. Muito limpo, confortável e perto de muitos bares e restaurantes.

O quarto e o apartamento são bonitos, porém, o wifi não pega dentro do quarto, o quarto me deu muita alergia, acho que não estava muito limpo. O serviço não foi muito bom, pois o porteiro não sabia dar inforacao sobre nada do apartamento e quando eu cheguei não tinha nem toalha pra tomar banho. Liguei na portaria e me informaram que só poderiam resolver no dia seguinte, tive que tomar 2 banhos sem toalha. O ar condicionado de dentro do quarto faz MUITO barulho, o que não permite dormir bem. A sala nao tem privacidade nenhuma, os moradores do apartamento da frente ficam olhando pra dentro do seu apartamento. Apartamento bonito, mas não me hospedaria novamente.

Não recomendo, pois é um prédio residencial, sem nenhum tipo de acessória, está anunciado que tem cortinas black out sendo que tem cortina no micro quarto e mesmo assim as 6:30 da manhã o quarto estava claro e na sala não tem nenhuma cortina e fiquei totalmente esposta para os prédios vizinhos, não tem café da manhã, enfim pelo preço de 295,00 a diária tem hotéis 4* com todos os serviços e café da manhã inclusos.
