Poor service and cleanning
This is a common ibis; however, service was poor from front desk, coffee, and cleaning. This is way bellow ibis standard. I also felt that they were not following covid best practices. For example there was hand sanitizers everywhere but that was it. I did not find my bedroom spotless and also saw somebody cleaning my bedroom with a used bucket of water that was really dirty. Also during the breakfast there was no one cleaning the tables before another got seated.

I never liked this property but its location is ideal and the price point is right in the $50 range. But i this trip was the worst. Checkin was a breeze. But in the room i discovered the bed sheets had a bad smell and there were NO towels or soap in the bathroom. The staff quickly got them after i asked for it.

This stay was better than last time I had a bad experience with a dirty room. This time the room was clean and as expected from an Ibis facility. Staff were friendly and helpful and food at hotel is was adequate. The biggest draw of this facility is it’s location for doing business

It’s going downhill. The quality of the food has gone down which use to be the highlight of this hotel besides the excellent location. Staff is the only great part of the hotel. Everything else is terrible. The room was dirty, there is mold in the shower, and the bed was terrible. It’s summer so they force you to only use one blanket. But the problem is the small blanket they use as cover which is smaller than the mattress itself. As a consequence, the very old mattress is exposed and your feet are touching an old dirty mattress. Not sure why they don’t just use a mattress cover or blanket that’s large enough. The blankets are also due for an update, because they are very old. It’s summer in beautiful São Paulo, but for some reason the room was very humid inside. The best of the hotel was the staff who were great to interact with and very helpful.

Not an amazing stay. Check in was a bit rude. Room wasn't great. Moldy shower, broken remote, stained sheets, a 2 inch foam mattress that reminded me of sleeping on a futon. Most of the other staff was great. Breakfast was not included, it was okay, nothing to write home about.

Im love this Hotel at front of the Shopping Morumbi. I go every 2 months to Brazil to visit my girlfriend and stay there. Everything it’s walking distance, nice peoples, good service, best price!

Já foi melhor
Já ficamos em quartos bons, mas esse era definitivamente ruim. Objetos quebrados, sujos e travesseiros ruins. O forro do banheiro estava quebrado e caindo… Acredito que precise de algumas reformas O que me ganha sempre no Ibis, é o café da manhã e o atendimento. Mas espero que melhorem o restante na minha proxima estadia.
