Really good experience! My parents went and stayed in this property. They told me they had an amazing time. Staff were super nice and friendly. Everything was clean and the food was good too! Thanks for making them have a good time. They told me that they would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a lovely residential area with small park/garden nearby. Very close to Ave Paulista. Breakfast was great, we chose to eat outside in the small courtyard. Worth a look from the roof terrace/pool on 13th floor.

This property has two towers. I stayed here a total of 8 nights, 5 nights at first and then left and came back for another 3. Tower 2 is old and needs renovation. Tower 1 is much better, it is where I stayed the last three nights. If you stay here request Tower 1.

Ok hotel in need of maintenance
Not a place for tourists, the pool and sauna are dated and not in good condition, rooms have been modernised but with problems like broken sockets and shower heads. The food in the restaurant (including breakfast) isn’t good and the staff in the restaurant were quite rude (idk if this is because we were tourists but we said basics in Portuguese and they just ignored us). Lifts are seriously dated I felt unsafe in them. The receptionists couldn’t speak English but were polite. Shouldn’t be 4 star. The lobby seating area is nice and the rooms were clean.

Good Hotel in Sao Paulo
The hotel is perfect and is in a good location right next to Trianon Park. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and the pool is OK. The room we were given had an external shutter we could not open to enjoy whatever the window offered. So, we basically stayed in a windowless room. I wish the front desk employees spoke a little bit of English so communication could be a little better. It's far from the center of the town, but I won't mind staying here again, given how safe an area it is in.

I loved the steam room, coming from the North of the States I grew up with one in the Y, so it's tough to find a good steam in Brazil! Staff were great, and the free breakfast was tops, lots of options, usually had fresh fruit and yogurt, then scrambled eggs, sausage or hot dog in tomato sauce and all kinds of bread to choose from - good hours for bfast as well as we like to eat late, was 6AM to 10AM The room was very spacious and very good neighborhood, short 2 block walk to avenida paulista and metro station. Great location and next time I'm in SP will stay there again for sure!

I found it 3 mosquito in my bedroom , toilet flushing every 5 minutes, fridge bar make weird noise , ac doesn’t turn on . Breakfast excelente. Crew time excellent.

The elevator is slow, sometimes the shower wasn’t too hot. The hotel is located near Paulista and many restaurants. Good deal.

Good location not bad for the price
Great location, the hotel itself is somewhat old and could use some remodeling. I think some rooms in higher floors are remodeled, my room was on a lower floor and a bit dated but everything worked. Service was not bad but not great either I would rate it as normal.

Worth it!
The hotel stays in a very good location, the pool is great! The only thing I didnt like that mucho is that my room had some old furniture in not very good conditions.

Great Location, perfectly decent stay
Fine location in ”Sampa” as the locals call their city. Just 3 blocks down the hill from the MASP blue line subway (Metro) stop. Nice facility, comfy bed and room. Free breakfast is good, not great. Some great food on the menu, some so -so. For those who don’t know Portuguese, not much if any TV in English. Staff very accommodating.

Convenient and well located hotel
Good hotel for the price. It seems to be an old construction. Rooms need to be remodeled, but they are nice in size. Bathroom has a huge area. Attendants are nice and educated. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is nearby a very famous Avenue in Sao Paulo, and within a walk distance from famous restaurants and nice areas. I have no problem with road traffic as well due its location, you can go in and out without take the heavy traffic.

An OK hotel that is in need of a good refit
Nice enough, well located for Av Paulista in a quieter road. The rooms are functional and of a 2 1/2 star level. The bed is comfortable enough, although some might find them hard. The bathroom was generally clean although needing better ventilation (there was an obvious damp patch above the shower) and the shower cubicle is long past due replacing. The windows are slat-shuttered externally and can jam which yields little natural light. The hotel has a restaurant which provided reasonable dishes, and the breakfast bar was generous and fresh. Generally, this is an alright hotel for short stays.

Good value and location in Jardins district. That said, this hotel is very tired. Top to bottom needs a renovation, and they seriously need to change the air freshener they use in the lobby, which was overly sweet smelling. That all said, gotta be realistic about expectations given the rate, but there are other properties in the area that are also within reason that are more up-to-date. Staff was fine and quick to assist, and the modest looking restaurant must be fine because it was reasonably busy for a dinner service, though I didn't eat there myself. Finally, don't expect privacy if you want to open the window blinds, as the 2 towers are just feet apart, and adjacent apartment blocks are on the other side. Also, the window blinds aren't "blinds", they are metal storm blinds, or whatever you call them; and never did figure out how to close them once opened, though of course I'm sure front Desk would have helped if I had asked:)

Best Hotel Location in Sao Paulo
The neighborhood is excellent, very safe. The Metro is only 5 minutes by walk. It is one of the cleanest and safest Metros in the world. There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance - many on Alameda Lorena. The hotel is excellent.

Had a great stay!
I stayed at Hotel Trianon Paulista on the 10th floor for 6 nights attending a business conference located nearby. I was most satisfied with the accommodation. The included breakfast every morning was sensational.
