I arrived in São Paulo early. I was given an early checkin which was super nice of the receptionist since it was a long commute from airport to hotel. The hotel was ideally situated to Avenida Paulista and Paulista metro. It is near several supermarkets and restaurants. There is a mall close by as well called Shopping Frei Caneca. The breakfast is good. I will definitely book this hotel if I go back to São Paulo. ( travelled Sept 03-07, 2024)

O Hotel está excelente pelo que é oferecido. Os funcionários são educados, gentis e colaborativos. Fiquei satisfeito com os colaboradores internos. Já o hotel oferece o que promete e cumpre à risca. O ponto negativo foi que tentei por diversas vezes falar com a Expedia sem sucesso. Confesso que fiquei decepcionado com isso pois escolho sempre essa operadora.
