Perfeito é pouco!! O resort é incrível!!! Tem ate comida japonesa, piscina quente de verdade, pois nos últimos hotéis que fiquei eram só climatizadas.. Limpeza perfeita, chalé confortável e tudo lindo!!!

Tivemos uma estadia ótima, estava buscando: tranquilidade, otima gastronômia e lazer completo. E foi isso que o Atibainha nos proporcinou. Um lugar tranquilo e aconchegante com otimos pratos em todas refeições, e diversão para todas as idades. O atendimento é muito bom, funcionarios educados e prestativos. Não falta atividades para aqueles que procuram diversão. Existe apenas uns pequenos ajustes nesse hotel; porém trata-se da minha humilde sugestão. O salão de jogos é bem espaçoso porem sentimos que nao havia um cuidado com ele como se tinha em outras areas. A mesa de bilhar é pequena e desnivelada, faltando algumas bolas, os jogos eletronicos alguns estava com falta de manutenção. porém nada que atrapalhasse a nossa visita. Super indico o hotel superou minhas espectativas, e com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades.. parabéns a toda equipe do hotel

Foi a segunda vez que estivemos no Hotel Estância Atibainha e dessa vez o atendimento e alimentação nos decepcionaram. Poucos garçons para servir bebidas no restaurante, dificuldade de achar uma mesa limpa e posta no café, além da comida parecer que estava sempre sendo reutilizada, muito pouco atrativa.

Gostamos bastante. Hotel muito agradável. Os quartos são confortáveis e tudo muito limpo, Muitas atividades para quem está com crianças, e para adultos também, Piscinas quentes ou climatizada, o que é bastante agradável. A topografia não é muito boa, mas tem opção de transporte dentro do hotel. Ref. a alimentação, muito boa, muitas opções. Café da manhã gostoso e cheio de opções. Vale a pena.

Ótima férias em família!

A nossa estadia foi incrível. Adoramos o hotel. Conta com excelente infraestrutura (pedalinho, piscinas, passeio a cavalo, fazendinha, tirolesa, toboáguas, música ao vivo, recreação). A localização do chalé é ótima o que nos permitiu fazer tudo a pé. A comida também é excelente.

Excelente para casais com filhos.
