Fiz una reserva de quarto com banheiro privativo e ao chegar fui surpreendida com um quarto coletivo e sem banheiro. O dono do estabelecimento me reembolsou apenas 10 reais para permanecer naquele quarto. Como eu tinha um concurso no dia seguinte, não tive outra opcao senao esta.
