Hotel simples, mas que atendeu a minha necessidade. O edredom veio cheiroso da lavanderia e as toalhas foram trocadas diariamente. O quarto precisa de algumas reformas. O café da manhã estava muito gostoso. E os atendentes da recepção foram atenciosos.

O hostel não condiz com as opiniões e fotos divulgadas. São apenas 3 quartos localizados no segundo andar atualmente, sendo um casal, um pequeno com duas camas e outro grande com duas camas também, sem decoração alguma, sem cortina (só persiana) apenas camas e armários. As roupas de cama cheiravam a mofo e tive que pedir a troca, porém as novas também não tinham bom cheiro também! No primeiro andar funciona um restaurante e cedo já se ouve barulhos de cozinha e cheiro de preparo de comida. No mesmo andar dos dormitório, final do corredor também funciona uma cozinha do restaurante, ou seja, dorme-se com cozinha no corredor dos três dormitórios. O hostel não oferece sequer uma jarra elétrica para água quente. No geral o aspecto é bacana e empregados simpáticos, exceto o dono que não aceitou nossas críticas! Invista mais R$50,00 e hospede-se num hotel padrão Ibis que vale mais a pena.

não vonsegui efetuar o check in . Liguei e mandei um email avisando que meu check in seria as 22h conforme instrução no web site porém ao chegar no local ninguém nos recebeu o portão estava trancado . tive que procurar um hotel as 23h sem conhecer a localização e após um dia estressante de acompanhamento hoapitalar . Recebi o cancelamento da minha reserva no dia seguinte . nao recomenso este Hostel

Falta de educação!!!!!
Cheguei de viagem a noite e fiquei 30 minutos tentando ENTRAR no Hostel. Simplesmente ninguém me atendeu. Toquei a campainha, bati no portão várias vezes, meu marido tentou contato pelo telefone mas não consegui nem ao menos fazer o check in. Estou pedindo reembolso da estadia e vou pedir que eles paguem o valor do meu táxi até o Ibis Ibirapuera, onde estou. Tudo isso aconteceu numa rua escura com poucas pessoas passando. Terrível!!!
