Cozy Apartment in Secure Building

The building, location, and actual apartment were all great. Communicating with the team at Charlie was very frustrating at times and hard to get in touch with anyone real.

The apartment was awesome, very clean and in a safe area. The only issue is that there is no Reception, so Security will not allow you to enter if there is an external issue with your reservation, for example I had to wait 1hr outside because the license I sent was not clear enough for Charlie, which was really frustrating. Charlie support service is via whatsapp menus only in Portuguese, they should add English as a second option. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

Condition of conservation below expectations.

The location is good and the size of the apartment is also good, however, I am quite disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Sofa completely stained/dirty (I didn't have the courage to sit down), bathroom was also quite dingy. I didn't feel comfortable with the hygiene of the place and I didn't think it matched the condition in the photos.

Horrible communication, apartment was extremely dirty since the beginning, sheets/chouch extremely stained and it all smelled dog pee (it says it’s not pet friendly but we found lots of dog hair around), face recognition never worked.

Ótimo apartamento, bem equipado, limpo e organizado. Apenas ressalto que a cama é pequena para casal (parece cama de viúva) e o check-in poderia ser mais ágil, pois precisei entrar em contato para concluir. No mais, gostei muito da estadia.

O apto é muito bom e bem localizado, mas o ar condicionado era muito barulhento e ficava estalando, outra coisa muito barulhenta é a saída de ar do banheiro ao ligar a luz a saída de ar liga junto e provavelmente esta solta e faz um barulho que ate parece que vai cair, manutenção de pequenos detalhes que vão deixar o apto ainda mais confortável, no geral eu voltaria a usar esta acomodação

A Estadia foi bacana o studio é bem legal a varana excelente, gostei sim voltaria, porem a maquina de café expresso que no anuncio constava que tinha, nao tinha, o vaso sanitário estava obstruído, do restante tudo certo.

Experiência bastante ruim, começou com a checkin, onde demorou para informarem qual seria o meu apto e a senha de entrada, tive que perder um bom tempo para conseguir. Depois, quando cheguei no prédio, meu nome nao estava cadastrado na portaria. Já havia ficado neste predio antes, com outros administradores, e a experiência tinha sido excelente. O apto em si é bom, falta um pouco de manutenção. Ponto negativo é que se trata de uma unidade baixa e pega razoavel ruído da avenida logo abaixo.

A localização é otima, o apto é confortável e bem aparelhado, porém o exaustor existente no banheiro (conectado no mesmo interruptor da lampada) fazia um ruido muito alto que não pude acender as luzes, sob pena de acordar outros moradores. Um problema que poderia ser totalmente evitado

Primeiramente boa tarde! Gente, a primeira situação foi a documentação do companheiro, o app não deu opção de acrescentar a documentação do outro hóspede. Passamos 42 min para liberarem o acesso de nós dois. Outra coisa, a comunicação é precária, falei em 3 whatsapp para poder me darem suporte e finalizar o acesso. Ficamos em pé na rua aguardando essa regularização de acesso depois de uma viagem de muito tempo, nem um local para sentar e aguardar ofertaram. Segundo, a limpeza do apartamento não estava 100%, havia até latinha de cerveja em baixo da cama, me perdoe se prejudicar a alguém. Não tinha pá, não tinha rodo, não havia pano de chão. Fora isso, o bairro, o condomínio, a área de lazer, e as demais coisas são muito boas. Voltaria sim, após atendidas ou observadas essas situações. Talvez o dono do flat não tenha conhecimento.
