Outstanding Stay
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I arrived early so I knew I would have to wait for my room and this was no problem. The desk staff had a table where I could sit and work using my computer. They were very helpful in helping me to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. The room had previously been renovated and looked amazing.

Casemiro (caximiro) so sorry if I’m misspelling his name, but he was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Since I told him we were there for only a few hours for a layover, he allowed us to have the free buffet breakfast upon arrival instead. The room was also provided to us promptly and I so appreciate the amazing customer service from him! He deserves recognition! Thank you so much!

Brasil is a place where mold grows fast. Bathrooms should receive special attention. Hallways could get a coat of paint and new carpet. The hotel is under renovation and maybe it is on their list. The breakfast is good, but staff should taste the juices prior to putting out for guests since more than once the juices were sour (azedo). Overall staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean and staff attentive
My room was clean however, the toilet did not work well and it would leak water on the floor. I explained this to the front desk and they had this corrected in less than 1 hour. So they are very attentive and making sure everything works correctly.

Dirty and problem
I had to request to have my shower cleaned and sanitized whrn i arrived because it had a lot of mold. One night i came in and could not enter my room because the lock would not release and unlock. I went downstairs and management came up with a device to try to force it to unlock and that would not work. They moved me to another room on a different floor and when I came back to my original room they had to put a hole in the door to open the door. I moved all of my belongings out and into the new room which was cleaner than the first room I had. Lastly, on my last day they ran out of food during breakfast and would not fix more food to accommodate everyone who was eating breakfast. I will not go back.

They overbooked the hotel and when I got there to do the check in they transferred me to another hotel in a not very safe area. I was in a business trip with coworkers and to be far away from them created extra costs on my budget. I don't recommend this hotel.

Still a good place but with some problems
I was greeted and checked in by a really great man. He was very welcoming and informative. I stayed in room 1305. The internet was REALLY slow and unstable. I have stayed on this floor a few other times and the internet was fine. Not sure why it was so bad this time. My second day there a cleaning lady came to my room. Granted she didn't speak english but clearly informed her that my room was fine but I just needed my trash can emptied. She said nothing. Just looked at me and walked out of my room. I had a friend coming over so therefore I had to empty my trash can into the trash can next to the elevator. Later on that night I came back to the room and my bed was made. On the desk near the mini bar was a note in Portuguese. I couldn't read it and the hand writing was so bad that I couldn't translate it.

Muito bom
Excelente localização, perto de um belo parque, restaurantes, shopping, mercado e estação de metrô. Os funcionário são muito atenciosos e prestativos, destaque para o Adriano (valet parking) e a Socorro (governança), que me atenderam muitíssimo bem. O café da manhã segue os protocolos COVID (luvas de plástico, máscaras etc), é ok com pouca variedade. O quarto é espaçoso e silencioso, porém os móveis são antigos e já mostram sinais de uso. Uma reforma seria bem-vinda.

Very Good hotel
It was a nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good as they provide a large variety of food. The room had a small air leak as I could hear the whistling of the wind when it blew really hard. Some of the front desk employees do not speak English.

Fabulous and Safe place to stay
The hotel definitely was set up nicely for people who need to travel during the covid pandemic. We appreciated all the the extra hand sanitizer stations as well as the disposable gloves for use in the breakfast area. We also made use of room service, which was great. The staff at the check in desk were efficient and friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to a large shopping mall, which has many restaurants and great shopping options. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel- Close to Shopping & Restaurants
The hotel is conveniently located near a park, a large shopping mall, and a number of restaurants. The hotel receptionists and other staff were all professional and friendly. During this season of Covid we appreciated that everyone wore masks and that extra precautions were taken to protect guests and staff alike. We enjoyed a number of meals via room service. They were delivered promptly and were very good. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

the place is very nice, staff very Friends, but When we ask for the free airport shuttle , they say they don't have for a very long time. this is false advertisement and it should be removed from the services. that was the only reason we stay there and we were very disappointed.

Great hotel in the Tatuapé area of São Paulo
The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a shopping mall. The hotel rooms, although small, were comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was terrific. The eating area was small, considering the size of the hotel, but the hotel staff worked very efficiently to keep the tables cleared quickly for the next guests. The valet parking was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

It was very clean, and larger than I thought. Multiple food choices in walking distance. The check in was easy, and everyone spoke english which helped immensely. It is a little far from the airport, maybe 30 minutes without traffic, 45 or so with traffic, so plan accordingly. I would definitely stay here again.

Not any close to the airport
I booked this hotel for the feature of having a complimentary free airport shuttle and then I was told that they don’t do this service on weekends. why on hell you didn’t say that in the website!?? I needed to pay 45$R for uber where it should be for free. Another point I got this hotel as it is close to airport but it is not any close to the GRU. Just disappointed from this experience and I don’t recommend others to book it.

Good price and confortable
The room is very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has some smudges in shower area and need to be clean. We didn't like the breakfast, it´s very simple and medium quality.

Location nice, WIFI works perfectly
Overall, nice hotel to short stay.. 2 nights there but the room service didn't make up the room. Just 3 mins walk to Analia Franco Shopping mall and there is a Havaianas shop nearby, very convenient.

Good stay, great location
Stayed at the BT Towers for 6 nights for a business conference. The hotel is in a great location in Tatuape within easy walking distance of the Analia Franco Shopping (5 min), which is real convenient with many restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in good condition with clean rooms though the bathroom is very small. The TV selection is mostly limited to local channels with only a few English channels available while the breakfast service was good and they also offer a buffet dinner service which was also good. Overall, a positive experience, but I wish they had a bigger bathroom and better selection of English TV channels. Would return mostly due to the location.

Big rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast!
My family stayed here for 3 nights while I stayed here with my fiancee for two nights. It was worth the stay. If you can find a good deal online I would definitely recommend staying here. It's literally a 15 minute walk from the mall, and right in front of the biggest park to exercise. I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to stay close to Mooca, Tatuape or Analia Franco neighborhoods. They are very accommodating and very professional. Some of the reviews I've seen here don't do them justice. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Free WiFi, indoor parking for 15 Reais, Complimentary breakfast, and comfortable beds. Can't beat that!
