When we arrived, the property inside was nice and clean, outside was dirty with garbage and many homeless on the sidewalks leading to the property. Once we were inside, the desk service informed that we would have to pay for luggage storage for the time up to check-in at 2pm (though Expedia lists this as an amenity without charge), no early check in options available. Once in our FIRST room, things were okay until we used the bathroom. The toilet was broken and only flushed once before the handle fell off the wall. Staff was very kind to move us to a different room with a better view, thankfully! Hotel staff did not clean the room each day, but were helpful in providing additional towels and TP when requested. Aside from that, everything was average.

The hotel was great, unfortunately is São Paulo every time you step outside of the hotel is not safe but the hotel is great and is located close to many historical buildings

Great 2 nights stay
Overall, we had a great stay. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The room was very narrow for 2 people with 4 bags and no where to really put them. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Good location as well.

The daily cleaning of room didnt happen. Towels had to be requested, if more than two needed. Also right outside hotel was not safe to walk at night.

Don’t do it!!
I stay at a lot of hotels. I ended my stay 2 days early because I didn’t want to stay at the property. The rooms were super smaller than usual and not well appointed. The bathroom was almost too small to use. The property felt run down. The breakfast was bad. And the neighborhood didn’t feel safe at all. And I stay in centro for months at a time.

I cannot say enough about the hotel, it was wonderful, and close to all the shops, certainly the next time we are in Sao Paulo, it will be at the top of our list of places to stay regardless if we bring our cat or not,

Great value for money
Whilst this hotel isnt in the best area of the city it certainty was well worth the money. If your on a budget i would highly recommend. Just make sure you dont walk the streets at night.

Doable
This was a good stay, I would recommend it overall but mostly for a short stay. Pros: Close to the metro and many shops (Luz station is the closest- the 11 Train will take you there) Building and rooms are well kept Shower temperature and power is great Cons: Not the best area but the hotel is kept well and safe The BIGGEST ISSUE was NO iron. There were 50 million fire extinguishers but not 1 iron or steamer. They are not a new hotel and I would think that would be the basic supplies you have for traveling guests as clothes get wrinkled during travel. The room had a weird smell to it but I was able to air it out by opening the windows

Todos os meses ficamos pelo menos 4 a 5 dias hospedamos lá ! Nunca tivemos problemas com as reservas q quase sempre são pelo hotéis.com.o hotel é bom . Pouco barulho ! Os Problemas mas comuns são a limpeza que não é feita todos os dias , isso é ruim ! E o café da manhã está superando a cada mês que estamos indo , isso é muito positivo , variedades de bolos , salgados e frutas, queijo !! o café que poderiam melhorar a marca que não é muito bom !!

Pontos positivos: Excelente hotel com uma ótima infraestrutura, a questão da acessibilidade foi o que me encantou em todos os ambientes. Café da manhã bom. O restante fica aberto à noite com a opção de rodízio de pizza com cardápio diário. Pontos negativos: localização. Fica um segurança 24h na calcada do hotel o que nos traz um pouco de tranquilidade.

Positivo: bom atendimento, café da manhã variado e saboroso. Cama confortável. Negativo: toalhas manchadas com aspecto de serem velhas, quando chegamos não tinham toalhas, tivemos que solicitar na recepção. Banheiro pequeno e agua do chuveiro demorava para esquentar.

Ótimo hotel
Desde o início meu namorado e eu fomos bem atendidos. Pessoal da recepção sempre bem solicito e resolutivo. Pessoal da limpeza rápidos em prestar ajuda. Ao entrar no quarto vimos que faltava sabão e shampoo. Depois que comunicamos a recepção, foi reposto no mesmo dia.
