I was looking to have a great time in Sao Francisco do Sul. When I saw the description & pics of POUSADA SOLAR DA BEIRA, I loved it and made reservations for two nights. When we got there and walked in the room I noticed that the window did not have a view, well actually it did have a view...TO AN UGLY CONCRETE & STONE WALL. The "Queen size bed" was also very disappointing. It was TWO TWIN BEDS together, making this hard to sleep on having a "CRACK" between the beds. The TV was a 1980's TV that was placed high to the right side of the bed making it impossible to watch when in bed. The bathroom was not very clean and the sheets in the bed were ripped from over use. When I complained to the front desk telling them that the room is NOT what they are representing in Travelocity, they started to argue that that is the room. I showed them the pictures and still argue. They said that what I was showing the was a SUITE and that I did not reserve a suite. I demanded to change my room or I would leave to another hotel. They said that it would not be possible to change room that night, but that for the following night they would. I the morning we went to the reception to get a key for "the better room". The lady at the desk said that they did not have anything available...that she was sorry and we had to stay in the same room. I told them I was checking out that I was not staying in that horrible room, so I went upstairs...Oh by the way, the elevator did not work.

Localidade da Pousada ótima. A Pousada necessita de uma manutenção. Outra sugestão seria a identificação nos itens do café. O café um pouco mais forte parece que colocam água para economizar é a sensação que passa. Mas fui bem atendido como disse a localização próximo ao Centro Histórico sensacional. Agora que procura as praias e estiver sem carro fica complicado pois a cidade não tem Uber e nem locadora de veículos.

A manutenção deixa um pouco a desejar. A pia do banheiro estava solta, faltava parte do revestimento do azulejo, a porta do apartamento só abria com um “jeitinho”. Mas é uma pousada muito simpática e muito bem localizada, apesar de já não ter o charme de anos anteriores.

Hotel horrível, sujo e praticamente sem equipe de atendimento. Fiz reserva de dois quartos, um quarto luxo e uma suite prata, porém a suite prata era um espaço inacreditável, mofada, com tanta infiltração que chovia dentro do quarto, um lugar insalubre. Por meu pedido foi realizada a troca, porém recebemos um quarto bem pequeno, com colchão ruim, nada bom. No domingo de manhã outra decepção, o café da manhã, com direito a leite azedo e frutas estragadas. Um descaso não só com o turista, mas também com o próprio hotel e com a cidade que têm uma história para contar e não necessitam deixar essa impressão no turista. Gostaria de solicitar o reembolso do valor pago, pois foi desastroso o final de semana. (obs: tenho as fotos do quarto para comprovar o péssimo estado das instalações).

Para passear o local é lindo e a pousada é excelente, a logistica de transporte é ruim para quem vai a trabalho/compromisso. O atendimento é excelente e a pousada aconchegante. Realmente uma boa opção para quem procura por descanso e lazer.

Local razoável, localização e conforto da cama bons, internet horrível, e café da manhã deixou a desejar. Poucas opções e a reposição não era feita, tudo acabava muito rápido. Pelo preço da estadia esperava mais, não vale o custo benefício.

Sala de estar espetacular, quartos sem manutenção.

Tive que trocar de quarto duas vezes, por problemas distintos. A impressão que deu foi que a pousada tem quartos demais e poucos recursos para fazer a manutenção apropriada e que o dono está ausente, sem orientar a equipe. O café da manhã e a sala de estar são muito bons, entretanto!

Não gostei da pousada, café da manhã péssimo, não tinha muitas opções, suco aguado, os doces eram muito mal feitos e não tinha nada fresco, poucas frutas, não tinha pão fresquinho. Enfim, horrível. O banheiro não tinha suporte para shampoo e sabonete, ducha muito pequena. Ar condicionado desregulado, TV analógica, o interfone não funcionava, a cozinha não atendia depois das 21:00hs, poucas opções.
