Friendly people. They like to help the tourists a lot. Nice breakfast. The beach in front of the hotel is a little dirt. But in 10 minutes walk you get to a better beach.

Recomendo, com observações.
Fiz a reserva pelo Hotels.com e o único quarto disponível era uma espécie de chalé. Já tinha visto alguns comentários negativos a respeito do cheiro de mofo, mas ignorei pensando que já estava resolvido. Porém, quando cheguei para me hospedar, constatei que no apartamento 30, que estava reservado para mim, o cheiro de mofo era muito forte e a higiene do quarto não estava das melhores. Nem cheguei a descarregar as minhas malas. Relatei o problema na recepção e a atendente, muito gentil, fez o upgrade para um outro quarto, no prédio novo que eles construíram no local. Nessa unidade, as condições estavam bem diferentes e deu para seguir hospedado lá. Estava limpo e bem arejado e as acomodações são razoáveis. O chuveiro é bom e aquecido. Só notei um problema, que eles precisam corrigir: a porta janela, que dá para a sacada, não possui a vedação adequada, então, quando chove, entra água no quarto. Eles até deixam um pano, para tentar conter, mas acho que não é o suficiente. Deveriam colocar uma pedra ou outra forma de isolamento. O café da manhã fornecido é bom e tem varias opções. Em resumo: é um bom local para ficar em uma curta estadia, desde que nos apartamentos novos. Nos antigos, só se corrigirem esse problema com o odor de mofo, pois, vi outras pessoas reclamando a respeito. Os funcionários que tive contato sempre forma solícitos e cordiais. Como fui para o BCW não usei a piscina e outras comodidades que eles possam oferecer.

Péssimo Hotel
Lugar horrível, péssimo. O chuveiro fica no meio do quarto em uma sacada que fizeram um puxadinho e a fumaça do chuveiro acaba com o ar condicionado e o quarto fica abafado e quente. A praia é poluída e nojenta impossível entrar sem pegar uma doença. O elevador estava quebrado e tivemos que subir 3 andares de escada com as malas pesadas, pois o hotel não tem ninguém para ajudar. O café da manhã é péssimo não tem variedade nenhuma e o pão é duro, deve ser de 3 dias no mínimo, o presunto estava estragado e cheio de moscas. Os funcionários são despreparados e grosseiros. O quarto para limpar tem que avisar com antecedência e deixar a chave na portaria, sem isso não tem limpeza. Existem outras opções mais baratas próximo ao parque, esse hotel é stress na certa. Não recomendo, não se hospedem lá de maneira nenhuma.
