Overpriced & overatted

Far from being an unforgettable experience (as promised) or not for the good reasons. Deep lack of communication and precisions from the managers of the villa. Not fluid nor trustworthy or proactive on their side. Non-reliable information about the concierge services and the transport rate. Access road to the villa is in really bad shape. Villa is recent but not very well equipped for a week stay. Clearly overpriced given the location and the quality of service proposed by the managers. Fortunately the maintenance people were very kind and helpful.

It’s a stunning home. Spacious, clean, and beautiful. The shower was a bit difficult but I would absolutely stay here again.
