Silver Wedding Anniversary Ruined

We booked this villa in January for our 25th wedding anniversary. Communication was none existent with the property. We arrived late at night to find someone else had booked the villa and we had to stay temporarily in a hotel. The next morning I had to spend over half an hour on the phone trying to arrange alternative accommodation. This property was available at the time of booking on three different web sites so not sure how our booking was cancelled. Don't think I will ever use expedia again to book a holiday. My wife was very upset that our anniversary plans were ruined

Beautiful villa with excellent staff

I stayed here with three other friends for two nights at the end of December. We were most impressed among everything else was the hospitality provided by Timmy the staff of the facility. Timmy was extremely flexible with check-in check-out times which was a great help for us. He also gave us a cell phone to call him any time we need help. We actually did call him a couple of times during our stay, but he was there to help us in no time. We were also surprised that everything in the fridge was complimentary. There were enough drinks for two nights, really. I took a point away about the facility because we found that it was difficult to control the humidity inside the house, and in the morning that the dew covered the walls. Of course we’re talking here about a villa on an island, so we’re not sure if this is something that can be resolved, but I will mention this anyways to see if Timmy can fix anything. In any case we were able to enjoy our stay at this beautiful villa. Although it would have been even more enjoyable had we stayed in the summer (with the private pool!), but it definitely was a pleasant experience nonetheless. Big ups to Timmy for his hard work! He was really an all-round super nice guy and we enjoyed meeting him.

Nice and clean, feels like home away from home

Very cosy, star quality accommodation.Never been to this place, thought it would just be a sight-seeing experience until we met Elizabeth who manges the house and helped as arranged our sight-seeing tour around the island, sunset watching in Oia and most especially, our unforgettable day-cruise/island hopping. Senses Luxury House is just perfect location: close to the shops and restaurants, amazing sunrise view in the morning,a private pool where you can plunge into anytime you want to cool down from the heat of the sun, and a cool sea breeze in the evening. Perfect, would really recommend this to our friends . Great thanks to Elizabeth for being so accommodating, otherwise our vacation would not have been as amazing as this.
