"While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. "Hotel is in a beautiful area, great view from the restaurant and our balcony. The breakfast was also very good. Food and service at the restaurant could definitely be better. Hotel needs a little love but overall very clean and upcoming."

"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The outside looks terrible, so old, paint is peeling off, looks unattractive and unattended. The hotel is called Cormoran or something like that, it was hard to locate, we had to go in and ask at the front desk. The room is so small, fits a queen bed and a twin with a nightstand room in between in each direction, does not have a mini fridge, the A/C wasn’t working, we had to sleep with our windows open, which faced the street and it was very loud from...

"We stayed in the panoramic suite, #18, down by the port. Amazing room with full and easy access to the main building and pool, but better yet, to the port and all its shops. Watching the boats come in and out through the port channel, directly from our window was pretty awesome."
