We have stayed here several times and it is a nice location for our business interests. Water pressure and noisy AC in some rooms but good place to stay. Good restaurants and great staff!

The property location was the highlight. It was very centric and close to many shops, malls and restaurants. The staff was quite friendly and facilities were very clean overall. The food in their cafe/restaurant was okay, but can still use some improvement. Pool was very small, but quite nice to cool off after long day in the city heat. I rented my own car, but traffic is very hectic so allow yourself plenty of time if you need to move around. Parking was not an issue. The room was very spacious and very comfortable bedding. Sadly there was no refrigerator in the room, so you can't store any take out or drinks anywhere. The top shower head was a little rusty, but didn't bother me. The most negative remark was how noisy the AC system runs. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep at night. The windows weren't sound proof either, so you could hear the outside traffic noise too. They were also renovating the elevators, so only one was in service, so long waits going up/down at times.

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The location was great, especially with food places in walking distance. Ex: The AppleBees is only a block away. I loved that there’s a bakery right next to the hotel that sells lunch and dinner options for good prices. My room was great. The two disappointing things were there was no hot water and the mattress was hard. Putting that aside, I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is all good, they have the comfort that is needed and the staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is good, the only bad thing is that the sheets and pillows have a bad smell, and even more so the pillows are like dirty sweat.

The hotel is good but not great. Had issues with the hot water that wasnt hot enough. Also, the air conditioner shuts down in the middle of the night and the room gets hot. What we do love of this hotel was the easy and fast check in, the parking options, the areas were clean and there are many great options near to eat, shopping and enjoy the night life.

Very good hotel, slow check in, the bed not comfortable and the worst part was the blinds were just not long enough so all the lights from around get to the room, very unpleasant.

No operating toilet and a locked up fridge made my stay a nightmare...great room (1017), and front desk personnel (Patricia, Moises, Ana, Pablo...)tried to help as much as they could, but the maintenance dept never showed up.
