Not a bad place

Had a great three night stay. Finally figured out the hot water on my third day. Start out all the way to the left for about a minute move it all the way to the right for about a minute back to the middle and then slowly back to the left and it should get super hot. Other than that had a gigantic bed it was a little hard but all right. Fridge was great and breakfast was fine.

GOOD OVERALL

So there were a few issues with my stay but they fixed some of the main ones so that's a good thing because some places don't get around to fixing things that are wrong. The other issue is they change the wi-fi system so if you use your Amazon fire stick for the moment there's going to be an issue but they're working on that as well so let's see how that goes before my next trip. Other than that the people in the reception are great and the cleaning ladies are great. The workers are overall friendly and pretty cool so even when things are going a little left they make your state pleasant. The gym is outstanding when we talk about purpose. It doesn't have a lot of new equipment it just has a bunch of functioning equipment that allows you to more than get the job done for a workout. It's outstanding for the purpose of a workout.

Rooms pictures on the internet do not look as its the same room, rooms are outdated at least the one they give me (320) need paint, better furniture and bathrooms update. Staff is amazing and very humble, they are helping you on anything you need, I would saty again but in another room. Also my room was a suite wish it suppose to be one of the best ones.

I travel for business and base my reviews on the services mentioned on the site and how they compare with what I encounter. My primary interests are wi-fi and speed for my work, a/c, and hot water. Those aforementioned attributes were excellent. There were some glitches but they were handled quickly and professionally. To my American tastes, the breakfast sucked. There were many who partook, but restocking was not a strong suit. I had positive lunch and negative dinner service experiences. The food(fish) at both was excellent. I stayed an extra day to complete my business at my initial hotels.com rate. I would recommend this hotel based on my discussion.

Our stay was not great. The staff did their best to accommodate all of the issues and were really nice, but the facility could use an overhaul remodel. I found dead bugs in my room, but never any live ones. The room pictures can be disregarded as most of the amenities in them are non-functional. My room had a jacuzzi tub that was non-functional. I was told that no jacuzzi tubs in any room are functional. My room had a kitchen with a non-functioning sink and stove that was not hooked up at all. I was told that the kitchens in every room are non-functional. The shower was a 3-part system with a full-flowing faucet at the bottom, a hand wand in the middle and a rainfall fixture at the top. The rainfall fixture was non-functional and just drained large amounts of water from the back instead of the little nozzles, so my showers were just using the hand wand. The air conditioning unit in the room was great, but the hallways and lobby are not air conditioned. It gets hot and humid the second you leave the room. There was also a dated smell to the kitchen area of the room. I opened a window to air it out, but could not do so for long, because there are no screens on the windows and I didn't want any bugs to get in. I thought the breakfast would be the same every day, but it was different. One day it was great, the next day not so much. Expedia states that the rooms come with free bottled water. This is false and the staff informed me that this is an error. Bottled water is 50 pesos.
