The place was very derty and the room smell so bad the refrigerator was stinking like crazy the walls need to be painted the bathroom is in need of upgrading the beds was very uncomfortable its like sleeping on springs its really bad I would never in a life time book that place are even recommend that place to my enemy there is holes in the bath room with exposed pips the furniture are broken the room doors don't close that's place is like a dump

The staff was nice.
The property looks good in pictures but it’s actually a 1 star. Very rough around the edges. Too much money for that kind of room.
There was no wash cloth available. Asked and was told they don’t have them.
One elevator was NOT working.
There’s a club on the top floor which means there will be heavy traffic in the elevators and ground floor from night til morning.

Pretty but lacking necessities
Refrigerator didn’t work. Lacking kitchen items needed. Only one small tv. Kind of hard to have a meal and cook let alone store a beverage to stay cold without a working fridge.

The place is in dire need of structural updates. Paint coming off the walls. Evidence of mold on walls. Hot water did not work at all. Stayed 4 days and no efforts made by staff to provide fresh towels and replenish paper products. TV did not work. Remote control had no batteries. Bedroom door handle falling off. Definitely not a place where we will stay again. There were more staff than guests. We had to manually open and close the driveway gate in order to exit or enter parking area. Staff never offered to help.
This hotel is very good, I was have a little problem when I arrived but I like this place😊. The Costome service is very friendly. Thanks

Muy buena ubicación. Estaba limpia pero tenia olor a humedad y a cigarrillo deben aromatizar antes que el cliente llegue no Justo cuánto el cliente cesta entrándolas la habitación. Debería ofrecer más opciones de taxis o medios de transporte. El internet fue muy malo la cobertura intermitente y por horas quede si. Conexión la persona que atendía el turno de la tarde no hizo nada por ayudarme

I was a bit skeptical at first but the staff and everyone there made me feel welcome and comfortable. They’re going thru some renovations and there were minor maintenance issues but those were resolved quickly. I can’t say enough about how management and staff were extremely helpful even though there was a little language barrier. It was relaxing and fun too and even some other guests joined in on our pool side parties. I’m definitely going back soon. If you don’t expect a five star hotel, you’ll have a great stay here. If you want a safe, clean, comfortable place that treats you like family, this is for you.
it is not a hotel; it is a unkept house and you get barely furnished room in it.
Bed sheet and Towel are white but visibly brownish, you will feel filthy by just sleeping on it.
It was cheap, and if would not be late night arrival then we would have let go money and find better place.
Villa Capri is a one star resort that earns 5 stars. Very basic, but clean and safe and competent friendly staff. We have stayed there several times and will stay again.
the room i was smell like mud, the sink bathroom only open the hot water the other side doesn't work, from the ceiling was dripping water to a table where all my things got wet, next day in the morning was a flod of water in the floor, where just my luggages got wet, TV didnt turn on, anywaysss dont stay at the first floor,
I like staying here while in Boca Chica. Clean and comfortable with a friendly proprietor and his lovely family...

The attention of all staff is extraordinary. We use it for transit to travel the next day and it is a very good option because it is close to the airport and the price is very good.
I liked the kitchen thats about it no hot water one ac didnt work only two towels i paid for a room with a sofa but no sofa

Ok for a night but not a vacation
No hot water. Plaster crumbling and ac unit leaking. Ac unit in first room didn't work. Was given another room and ac unit worked better but was only in bedroom. Kitchenette had no ac and was very uncomfortable. Bed and sheets were clean.

First of all on expedia they said they provide breakfast which isn't true. There is no phone in the room, one spanish channel on the tv, the bed was dirty, not even a bottle of water was provided. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

se foste stata piu attenta avreste letto che la colazione non e` inclusa e ha un costo... non cedendo alla vostra pretesa di averlo incluso a questo punto ci ricompensate con un pessimo commentario ... ci sono 250 canali tra spagnoli americani ed internazionali ... la pulizia dell`hotel e` meticolosa .. possiamo dirle che anche noi non raccomandiamo a nessuno di avervi come ospiti ... molto cordialmente

Hotel near airport
When I arrived, they could not locate my reservation. They found it after I showed my Expedi reservation printout.
The hotel is near the airport. The staff is very ftiendly and helped around.
