"Check-in was a nightmare, how in the world to you give me a room that's already occupied. I finally got the room I paid for on the 3rd attempt. Not enough beach umbrellas. Natasha the cook, Nelson the bartender and Danilo the porter all 5 stars employees. The nightly bar is way too small for a resort of this size, waiting time for drinks is unacceptable. The staff could be more welcoming, specially those wearing white shirts. A simple " Good Morning " or a smile goes a long way when dealing with the public. There's no entertainment at night. After a day of beach lounging, or going on a tour, some activities at night, might be just what the doctor ordered. The casino doesn't count. Overall, there's plenty of room for improvement ."
