The property is conveniently located, great and polite staff, room service was amazing… Just a couple of down sides inside the room I was assign what it seems a connecting room which is no good id not traveling with family..The AC is extremely loud and even if you turn it off it stays making noise, the shower glass door didnt close. A housekeeper came inside my room without knocking or announcing herself.

I don't know where to start. I was having travel for business. When I was checking in, they told me they do not have the room that I paid for. They gave me another different style room. AC was making huge metal sound when it starts and stops. The door locking mechanism was not working so I could not lock my door during my entire stay. Water pressure was very very low in the shower which makes it very hard to take shower. Other thing is the button was broken in the shower handle so you can't switch water from handheld water spray head to main head at the top. I had to hold handheld water spray head with one of my hand all the time and try to take shower with other hand. I am very suprise how this hotel got high rating. But one thing for sure, I am not staying there again.
