"Great trip, i needed a scooter, it was delivered to tbe hotel and they had the key for us whem we arrived Was about a 10min walk to Angels Stadium so we didn't need to pay for parking. Breakfast was great."

"Our family of 6…4 adults/2 children recently stayed here for a week for our Disneyland vacation. It was outstanding. We rented a vehicle and parked in their underground parking with security 24/7. We stayed in a 2 room king suite with triple bunk beds. All beds including the pull out sofa were very comfy. Couple things that could have been improved: a second bathroom would have been nice? The bathroom is a little strange because there is a bathtub/sink in one part of the bathroom and then a door to separate the toilet and a separate shower. Also no ceiling fan for either of those spaces. The bedroom could also use more lighting. There are no lamps or anything on the ceiling; the only lighting is at the end tables of the bed. Makes for a dark space when you’re trying to pack up your things the night before you checkout. Housekeeping was amazing…breakfast was also amazing. Would be nice if the weekday breakfast hours went until 10 instead of 9:30. Weekends are until 10. The pool/water park was pretty awesome too. Staff texted checking on us👍 Although the hotel itself is amazing…it’s about a 20 min walk from the parks. We took the ART bus which is the local hotel to parks transit. It took forever to come and there were lots of stops on the way to the parks. It cost us $10 to take and Uberxl back one night because we missed the last bus and wished we would have done that the entire time. Lots of restaurants right outside. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The property is located near family members so it was very convenient to get to them. Also, the hotel was kept clean and my room was well maintained. The breakfast time was usually the busiest part of the hotel, however, the staff did not watch and mop the coffee station so the floor tended to be sticky the spilled coffee, sugar, etc. I would say this is mostly with the customers who stayed at the hotel as I saw a few folks tried to be clean and others just did not care if a mess was made or not. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful so it was easy to get everything setup with checking in, fixing keys (magentic card needed to be reset 1x), and checking out. Overall will be happy to stay at this hotel again with my family in the future. Overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel!"
