체크인하는데 너무 오래걸렸고, 어렵게 배정받은 방은 아직 청소가 안되어 있었어요. 다른방으로 바꿔주셨으나 역시 사진과는 달리 너무 낡고 오래되고 청결하지 못했습니다.

Inconformidad por no disponibilidad de hotel.

Me fue muy mal porque nunca pude alojarme en el hotel ya que cuando llegue no tenía disponibilidad y dijeron que ellos no se hacían cargo. Y por la aplicación la reserva no se pudo cancelar por lo que me generó un costo por un servicio que nunca utilicé. Un pésimo servicio. Solicito que se genere la devolución de la reserva.

A localização é o grande diferencial, imbatível! Fiquei 10 dias, andei por toda a cidade, e sem dúvida alguma esse apart tem o privilégio d uma localização ímpar, q nos faz relevar as suas questões a desejar. No geral valeu a pena, me hospedarei lá novamente c/toda certeza!

The picture above COMPLETELY misrepresents the room. That purple rug is in the living room and would never fit in the small bedroom. They must have set up the living room to look like the bedroom. The place is fine and clean, but expect a lived-in apartment, not a hotel-like experience.
