Para empezar cancelaron mi reservación sin avisar nada Por ende a las 20 horas tuve que buscar otro alojamiento Eso quiere decir que nunca me pude hospedar No sé si por negligencia de hoteles.com o de la falta de compromiso del alojamiento en cuestión

El departamento esta en una muy buena ubicacion , el personal de administracion es muy amable y servicial .El unico reclamo que tengo para hacer es que la ducha no estaba en buenas condiciones .

No validaron mi reserva a pesar de mostrarles el codigo de reserva que llego a mi correo. Después de hacerme esperar 1:30 minutos me dijeron que no podían darme ninguna habitación y tuve que buscar otro hotel a la 1:30 am!

Muy buena ubicacion para caminar y tener todo cerca, pero, esta muy viejo el departamento, el agua NO sale caliente en su momento, luego se pone ardiente! Viejos los muebles, el Internet un poco intermitente, en general para llegar solo a dormir, esta bien.

O local é bom, os móveis são um pouco velhos. Fomos muito bem recebidos e o serviço de limpeza é muito bom. A localização é ótima! em Providencia, muito perto da estação de metro Los Leones, do Shopping Costanera, do restaurante Giratório e de vários restaurantes. Bairro seguro e bem agradável.

room is dated, I actually had 2 rooms the first one toilet would not stop refiling as it leaked, 2nd room was better but I d not know why it advertises rain shower head or Tempur mattress neither bed had this. So don't expect it if you stay, the upside was air-conditioning as it was very hot, but this is also a down side as so noisy. Kitchen did not have much, not even a knife to cut anything, had to ask the cleaners who got from another room, there was not enough water pressure for the shower to turn the hot water on, had to run the sink tap as well, very frustrating pressure. Also don't get caught with the TAX, the price advertised as final on here does not include 19% tax you have to pay when you get there unless you pay in CASH in US$, using a foreign credit card does not count apparently unlike some websites say. So beware of the extra. Good to have the TV channels, and excellent Wifi.

The A.C. Is completly old and loud also is on the living and it doesnt get to the room so forget about take a nap. The is cigarret smel at the apartamnet, completly discausting impregned smel, not even having everything open goes out. Also whater for showers is not much and everithing in generl is not propely fixed AT the room the bed is also very old and very soft there is a hole at the middle

Es un departamento que tiene la recepción dentro de un edificio. Me ofrecieron una cochera que quedaba muy cara. A tener en cuenta, no podés estacionar en la calle por esa zona. Osea que si vas en auto necesitas cochera. El costanera Center te ofrece estacionamiento gratis de 21-7 am. Dato que no me dijeron del hotel. Tiene lo basico. La cama muy cómoda.

THERE IS AN ADDITION 20% OF TOTAL OF YOUR STAY THERE......IF YOU DO NOT PAY CASH (NOT IN PESOS CHILE) I PAID 75$ PLUS THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL RECEIVED BY HOTELS.COM DIDN'T SHOW ME THESE PAYMENTS ... REALLY ABSURD FOR THIS APARTMENT DIRTY FLOOR. ... AIR CONDITIONING PUT IN WRONG POSITION. KITCHEN POORLY EQUIPPED ... OLD BATHROOM ... OLD TOWELS ... POOR BATHROOM SET ... OLD MATTRESS AND REALLY REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE ... THE HOUSE WAS REALLY FULL OF DUST EVERYWHERE ... SLIDING WINDOWS NEVER CLOSE PROPERLY ... BALCONY DIRTY ... CHAIR COMPLETELY BROKEN IN THE SEAT ... VERY COMICAL.. I ASKED FOR A CLEANING....SHE BROUGHT ONE VERY DIRTY RAG TO CLEAN THE ROOM ... I FINALLY DECIDED TO CLEAN THE ROOM BY MYSELF FOR ALL WEEK. BEFORE BOOKING. I HAD READ SOME BAD FEEDBACK LEFT FROM OTHERS AND MANY RESPONSES FROM THE STAFF OF THE APARTMENT ...CLEARLY PUT TO COVER...... THE TRUTH IS THAT I'VE DESCRIBED IN THESE FEW LINES....... RESPONSES OF THE PROPERTY DO NOT ELIMINATE THE TRUTH. ... I JUST WANT TO THANK THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION (ONLY THE LADY ... NO OTHER UNPLEASANT YOUNG AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AT RECEPTION) P.S. THIS PLACE CAN COST YOU MAX 20-25 $ PER night .......NOT 65$ !!!! HOWEVER I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ..

The Providencia was perfect for my stay, the staff on the 13th floor, especially Louisiana & Raphael were exceptional....They spoke English which was very helpful. I liked the location of the apartment and also the view from the terrace...I would like to stay there again on my return to Santiago...*****

Minha estadia foi muito boa, acho que a limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar. A temperatura do chuveiro é difícil de regular, é preciso ficar em pé dentro da banheira. As panelas poderiam ser mais novas e é urgente trocar as toalhas. Não usamos a garrafa que esquenta a água na cozinha, pois ela sempre ficava com muitos resíduos, precisa ser trocada. Mesmo assim, foi bastante confortável e a localização e muito boa. Os funcionários são MUITO gentis! Em tempo: Não há refeições no hotel, nem desjejum.

Came to Santiago for business and chose a hotel in the area. It was a bad choice indeed: dirty floors/furniture, dirty towels. The room needs urgent renovation. I was asked to pay cash in USD during the check-in "in order to avoid paying VAT". In fact it was to avoid paying the credit card transaction fee. Also, they charged me $20 in cash for an early check-in and refused to provide any receipt. I travel to Santiago a few times a year and it was definitely the worst lodging experience.

Gostei muito do apartamento, uma excelente localização a uma quadra do metrô Los Leones, boas opções de restaurantes em poucos metros, Costanera center a mais ou menos 400 metros, apartamento todo equipado com limpeza diária e troca de toalhas, exceto no domingo. O único problema foi que não tava funcionando a água quente, mas como fomos no verão e tava quente não tivemos tanto problema em banhar de água gelada.

The check in was very pleasant and efficient even though we arrived a bit late in the day. They were very helpful in booking a tour and offering suggestions in the area. They also allowed us to store our bags after check out while we were on the tour. I would stay again. I would suggest having dish soap and paper towels or a kitchen towel available so that we can wash the dishes that we use.

Un desastre la habitación. cobran cargos adicionales no expresados en la contratación del hotel. una vez allí te sientes estafado. Lo unico bueno es la ubicación pero por el precio definitivamente te puedes alojar en hoteles o aparts de mayor categoría en zonas con mayor comodidades. NUNCA MAS!!

Muy bien, a excepción del sofá cama, muy incomodo y desgastado. Lo demás muy bien y recomendable.
