Overall we had a great stay. The room was spacious enough for two people, the bathroom was comfortable and stocked with soap dispensers instead of those dumb little bottles so it was really convenient, and the keycard access made it easy to get in and out. Enjoyed that the rooms had AC on the extremely hot Santiago days, but wish the remote had some better instructions. Really convenient power outlets right by the bed and good lighting/shades. My only major con was cleaning supplies. The room has a kitchen, and the hotel rules state you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen or you will be charged a fee at checkout. The only supplies though were a sponge and dish soap. I went to the front desk to ask for some kitchen towels or paper towels and was directed to walk to the store around the corner. There was also no spray for the counter. I tried asking the house keeper to leave us a rag but she also said she didn't have anything in her cart to help. There is also no toilet brush in the bathroom. Overall we were able to keep it clean and housekeeping at the hotel was great and helped wipe things down, but having to go out and buy a two-pack of paper towel rolls to use for a couple days was annoying.

Es cómoda, limpia, nunca he tenido ningún problema. Yo le agregaría tener al menos unos sobres con cafe o te como atención para tener al llegar, a veces uno lo que mas desea es llegar y poder tomarse un café. Tambien algo para secar en la zona de cocina.

Delayed check in / nice staff / ok room but small / bit shabby / great and safe area / average breakfast / but the gyn is diabolical - should not be advertised as such / no dumbbells over 2kg / machines not working / very pokey it needs a massive overhaul or returned to the broom cupboard it once was

Everybody was amazing and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Only issue we had at all was with housekeeping but it was understandable one day as we were in the room late.

We stayed 3 night at this hotel for the first time. We liked the location close to Providencia Avenue, Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, groceries stores, banks, metro starion and bus stop. We did not like the carpet of the hallway was very dirty and with bad smell. We had problem with the air conditioning in our room and the bathroom sink was clogged. After calling several times to the reception, they allowed us to move to another room.

Si quiere descansar NO visiten este hotel.
Definitivamente la peor estadía en hotel de mi vida, sin posibilidad de descansar debido a que el dormitorio tenía olor a cloaca y la puerta de la terraza estaba con seguro de niño sin posibilidad de abrirla. Prometieron llamar a personal capacitado para abrir la puerta pero eso quedó en el olvido. Los shampoos y bálsamos estaban de adorno... Solo eran bolsas vacías. Y que decir de la ducha, después de un tiempo el agua se volvía fría. Que decir del control remoto de la TV no funcionaba, afortunadamente me lo cambiaron, pero de igual son detalles que no deben pasar. Gracias HUB hotel por arruinar mi visita en Santiago, y no haber podido descansar. Se merecen 0 de 10.

Tive uma excelente experiência no Hub. Os atendentes foram muito educados. Compreendiam bem o português e prestaram auxílio e informações quando eu perguntei. O hotel é moderno e tem um restaurante conjugado que serve excelentes pratos. No meu quarto achei a iluminação fraca, no demais, a estadia foi maravilhosa. A localização é excelente. Achei que tem segurança tb. Amei. Recomendo e voltaria.

Razoável
Cheguei ao Hotel e me foi cobrado 120.000 pesos chilenos para cobrir despesas que poderiam ser provenientes de dano ao patrimônio do Hotel, dei o dinheiro em reais e ele foi colocado em um cofre para devolução ao fim da estadia, ao menos, foi devolvido conforme combinado. O Hotel não aceita visitas, você assina um Termo de Compromisso também na entrada. A estrutura do Hotel em si é boa, mas a experiência é terrível, não voltaria, infelizmente. Os quartos contam com ar-condicionado, cofre, fogão por indução, uma mesa e tomadas de 220 V, são bem limpos. O Hotel cobra compromissos em seus Termos não condizentes com a realidade, não trata-se de um Hotel 5 estrelas de padrão mundial, e durante meu tempo em Santiago foi o único com semelhante postura. Desejo boa sorte aos brasileiros que optarem por esses serviços.

Hotel muito bem localizado em uma rua tranquila próximo à estação do metrô e ponto de ônibus. Lugar super confortável e compacto mas com tudo que se precisa. Café da manhã muito bom, junto com o café funciona um bar restaurante e sorveteria. Ar condicionado, Tv com Netflix, serviço de limpeza diário e funcionários super cordiais. Recomendo muito !!!

Vergonzoso. Nuestra habitación se inundó por un lavaplatos tapado durante la noche, tardaron más de dos horas en ofrecernos una solución, el recinto exige lavar la loza antes de salir y aún así no mantienen las instalaciones correctamente. Al momento de pedir ayuda, notamos que el teléfono de la habitación ni siquiera estaba conectado con recepción, debiendo tener que bajar para pedir ayuda frente a la emergencia. Es vergonzoso que un hotel tenga desconectado sus teléfonos con recepción. Adicionalmente, la pieza, aunque ordenada y bien presentada, estaba en un estado bastante mediocre. No se podía usar el aire acondicionado durante la noche porque el ruido era insoportable, todo esto en medio de ola de calor. Al momento del problema en el lavaplatos, nos movieron a otra habitación (a altas horas de la noche, con la incomodidad que implica) para entregarnos una pieza donde, al contrario de la anterior, todo funcionaba en orden. Arriesgense. Tal vez les toque una habitación decente o una sin teléfono. Buena suerte si eligen este lugar!

Muy buena , pero hizo excursiones muy tempranas y cuando he dicho a recepción ellos me han dicho que para poder hacer el desayuno más temprano tendría que ter dicho un día antes y antes de las 18:00

O maior problema foi a limpeza, nao limpam no sábado, domingo e feriados, assim ficamos seis dias quatro dos quais nao limparam o quarto. Outro problema que tivemos e que pagamos as diárias antecipados e o voo atrasou um dia, passaram nossos quartos para outras pessoas mesmo estando pago. Nos acomodaram em outros quartos que eram diferente e menores dos que pegamos.
