great stay, fabulous neighborhood

Everyone here was very friendly and to the best of their ability very accommodating. That property is next to a very hip and vibrant neighborhood called Bella Vista So there were many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and housekeeping kept it very clean

quando cheguei me perguntaram de que empresa eu era... Recepcao amadora Como se trata de uma regiao nao nobre, e hotel frequentado por hospedes simples, nao turistas acham que todos sao bandidos nao va la se for turista contratei um taxi para certo horario,. Incapazes de faze lo e eu perguntei 3 vezes. Perguntei sobre uma localizacao, o recepcionista irritado ficou bravo e duvidou se eu estava hospedado Acho que na verdade eu estava no hotel errado

Buena atención por recepcionistas venezolanos, la camarera empieza a golpear todas las puertas a partir de las 8 am y despierta a los pasajeros, buen desayuno

Good location

Friendly staff. My room is a little bit small. But it is OK. No boiler in the room and no coffee or tea. No gym in the hotel.

Nice area

The hotel was decent. If traveling to Chile make sure you have a converter to charge cell phone. Down load a translator app if you do not speak the language.

Setor de reservas desorganizados...

O Hotel Principado de Asturias, é um bom hotel , confortável, bom café e de excelente localização. Porem a desorganização no setor de reservas é um absurdo de ruim. Chegamos com um grupo de 30 pessoas para o hotel e não tinha reserva nem da metade, ai começou o stress de acomodar em outros hotéis da rede, causando assim um desagrado total pelo grupo pois se tratavam de famílias...enfim observamos que os problemas eram frequentes com grupos menores , com casais...enfim um stress logo no check-in.

Ao chegarmos ao hotel fomos bem atendidos, uma pessoa nos ajudou a desembarcar a bagagem, mas no segundo dia fomos surpreendidos com problemas nos elevadores nos obrigando a subir e descer até o 5º pavimento por dois dias só aí que uma pessoa nos disse que havia um elevador de serviço, no nosso grupo com criança e mulher gravida. no restante foi bom.

Hotel Desorganizado

Ao chegar no hotel para fazer o Chek-in, achei muito desorganizado a parte do hotel quanto a recepção. Paguei para ficar em uma suíte Standart com cama de casal, mas nos colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Maioria dos 5 dias que passei o elevador estava quebrado. Café da manhã não tem muitas opções para quem gosta de variar nos dias. No final de tudo, no check-out ainda com suas desorganização, falaram que eu não tinha pago o hotel, mesmo eu já tendo pago tudo de 1x. Não ficaria no mesmo hotel na próxima viagem pro Chile.

Poco recomendable

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación, ya que el servicio no es de lo mejor y pasan muy temprano tipo 8:30 a 9 preguntando si se consumio algo del minibar, si uno no responde la persona habre la puerta por tanto cero privacidad, y es necesario pedir info cuando uno llega ya que yo hice una reservacion por una pagina y cuando me fui me hicieron pagar un iva por no ser extrangera, asi que sus sistema no es bueno.

Ótima localização

O hotel é muito bem localizado, do lado da estação do metrô Baqueano e apenas uns minutos à pé do Pátio Bellavista (lugar que reúne diversos restaurantes, barzinhos e lojinhas de artesanato).

Cosas que hay que cuidar.

La limpieza de la habitación es mejorable, ya que es de moqueta, no estaba lo suficientemente aspirada. Polvo en las mesitas y el baño descuidado. El servicio que recibe el cliente después de la estancia no ha sido de mi agrado, ya que se me olvido en la habitación unos enseres, y un mes después no me han contestado a los dos emails que les he enviado. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

Ótima localização

A localização do hotel é o seu ponto chave, pertinho da estação do metro e apenas uns 10 minutinhos à pé do Pátio Bellavista (lugar que reúne diversos restaurantes, barzinhos e lojinhas de artesanato ! O único inconveniente que houve, foi que chegamos na madrugada de domingo e não constava a nossa reserva, fomos acomodados num quarto bem aquém, até que o Hotel confirmasse a nossa reserva ! Fiquei sem saber ao certo se o erro foi do Hoteis.com ou do próprio Hotel, mas no dia seguinte o gerente disse que estava tudo Ok e nos passou para outro quarto muito melhor !!!

No hay servicio de plancha

Este hotel no tiene plancha para prestar al huespede, solo tiene el servicio que tiene que ser pagado por el huespede y lo peor es que este servicio está disponible de las 09hs a las 17hs, o sea, un horario que es complicado para los que estan viajando por negocios, trabajo, etc.

Excelente ubicación

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación del metro de Santiago, seguro, calidad muy buena del servicio, el aire acondicionado ruidoso. Muy grata la estadía, solo que el precio en línea por noche, fue más cara en doce dolares respecto que el precio en el propio hotel.

Centralt beläget hotell i Santiago de Chile

Det var ett rent nöje att bo på Principado de Asturias i Santiago de Chile. Hotellet ligger strax intill det katolska universitetet med nedgång till tunnelbana. Personalen var kompetent, hjälpsam och språkkunnig. Ingenting i presentationen på Internet var överdrivet. Allt var rent och välstädat och servicen utmärkt på ett diskret sätt. Frukosten var riklig och vackert presenterad

Nice kind of old fashioned hotel

We liked this hotel very much. The furnishings were old fashioned in a quaint kind of way. Hotel staff spoke very good English and were very polite and helpful. Free internet was good and breakfasts were good too.We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The only down side was that it was very noisy on Friday night with music from the park opposite and also barking dogs all night. On Saturday it was much quieter.

Very good relation cost-benefit

This close to everything you need in the city - bars, shopping, metro, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Very well located. Its also cheap, which is important for those who want to save money. The breakfast is OK, I wish it could have more fruits, but at least you won't be hungry by the morning.
