Excelente hotel en la parte mas linda de Providenc
Cerca de todo, del metro, de las paradas de micro, del Costanera Center, y muy cómodo todo en general.
Ciertamente si se hace una comparación objetiva no es el mas lujoso, pero su personal y precio accesible compensa con creces esa falta.
Muy bueno, totalmente recomendable.

Péssimo!!!
Hotel péssimo.
Sem estrutura, sujo, toalhas de banho velhas e rasgadas. Fomos colocados num quarto que a porta do quarto não fechava, a janela do banheiro quebrada, sem aquecedor, a roupa de cama suja e empoeirada. O café da manhã só foi oferecido café, pão e queijo, e no dia do check out não foi disponibilizado nada para o café, eu e minha família saímos às 9:00hs para o aeroporto sem ter direito a um copo d'água.
Pena não ter fotografado tudo.

en general muy bien.
La ubicación excelente. El lugar muy limpio y amable atención. Tuvimos inconveniente con el agua caliente de la ducha y el desayuno solo constaba de café y tostadas. Y no tenía teléfono en la habitación. Espero mis comentarios les sirvan.
