We wanted a place to rest and take a shower before our flight at 0300 ub the morning. The room did not have heat. Thus no shower. We slept and left after midnight or so. We were so locked in we would never get out in casa of a fire.. A cold room and no shower. We were disappointed on two fronts.

A localização é o diferencial, o café da manhã é bom e a equipe de atendimento é prestativa. No entanto algumas coisas importantes deixaram a desejar. - Limpeza dos banheiros - Ducha esfria e esquenta a todo momento - Os hóspedes e pessoal da limpeza lavam os pratos e copos no banheiro - Extraviaram a toalha que tinha alugado de dentro do locker do hostel (locker de uso geral antes e depois do check-in no quarto) - Banheiros com trancas quebradas - Desorganização (não sabem qual cama e armário estão ocupados) - Pessoas de fora do hostel circulando na área de hóspedes

Fine Hostel...no control of evening quiet hours

The hostel itself was fine and in a convenient location, however it was on a loud, busy street all night long. HUGE negative comment is the total indifference and lack of control of the overnight desk clerk. We had to leave the hotel at 3:30 am for our early flight and there was a group of college students who were permitted to drink and party all night long. The desk clerk saw us arrive at the hotel after dinner and called us our 3:30 am taxi. Nothing was done to quiet the group, not just acceptable volume talking, loud shouting and activity.

ARREPENDIDO DE TER SE HOSPEDADO NESSE HOSTEL!

Reservei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e um banheiro privativo. Só tinha água fria no chuveiro e a descarga não funcionava. Chamamos os empregados do hostel para que solicitassem o conserto e isso não aconteceu...fizeram pouco caso. Por fim, de tanto reclamarmos, deram 50% de desconto em UMA das diárias. Por estar ao lado de uma grande avenida, o barulho é incômodo.

Precio acorde a las necesidades

El personal muy amable, me atendieron muy bien a pesar que solamente me quedé un día. No necesitaba de un gran hospedaje ya que solamente estaba de paso, dejé mis malestas y todo con seguridad. El precio acorde a las necesidades: una cama, cercanía a la vida nocturna, acceso cercano a los transportes públicos como metro.

Great hostel in the city

Great Hostal! Well situated 10 mins from the neighbourhood of Bella Vista where you have nightlife and food. Very safe and orderly. The showery was hot/cold and I thought it was a bit pricey but Chile in general is expensive. Great stay overall. Would stay there again and my friend ended up staying there again on his way out.

Clean, modern, spread across 3 floors

It was very, very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The place was really well decorated. The neighborhood was nice and there's a bunch of food across the street and next door. Short walk to lots of cool museums and the park. The only (slight) drawbacks were having to put on and take off the sheets and comforter cover yourself. It's just sown thing I don't like doing- especially the comforter cover! Agrhshs. And you take the sheets down to the reception floor. The other thing is that the kitchen is in the basement (check in ground floor; beds, bathrooms, and common area one floor above that). This means that you prepare breakfast on your floor and then carry your dishes down two stories to wash it. This and the sheets things basically just means that nothing gets done quickly. You can't race out of the hostel, and you can't carry all your stuff in one trip down the stairs. It's trivial, but I noticed it. Honestly though, the conditions were sooooo good that I would recommend to place anyway.

Ficamos num quarto que estava sujo e era localizado no fundo de uma garagem. Era barulhento. Ouvimos diversas pessoas chegando e saindo durante a noite. A cama era confortável e o café da manhã, na loja ao lado, foi ótimo. Mas não voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Justo pelo preço pago

Reservei apenas para 3 noites e fiquei 5 noites. Construção bem conservada, ambientes limpos e aconchegantes. Os atendentes geralmente estrangeiros trabalhando no local muito amáveis. Não tive qualquer problema quanto a isso, todos foram sempre muito prestativos me ajudando quando eu necessitava de algo. Como cheguei em feriado prolongado no país, tudo estava fechado e o pouco comércio (restaurantes, bares, mercados) que funcionava abria após das 15h ou 16h, ou somente a noite. O café da manhã me decepcionou um pouco, praticamente igual o da minha casa. Mas, por outro lado me cativou, pois comecei a me sentir mesmo em casa. Longos papos no café da manhã com outros hóspedes e o frio me faziam sair para passear somente após as 10h ou 11h. O banheiro coletivo masculino também deixou um pouco a desejar tendo somente um chuveiro, o outro estava em reforma. Mas na véspera de deixar o hostel havia um senhor dando continuidade nos serviços. Pelo valor pago de diária (em torno de USD20) vale a pena! Mas venha sem grandes expectativas.

Own room wasn't cleaned. Cold shower and we asked specifically for a double bed as weare on our honeymoon and got two singles pushed together, for $71 per night this wasnt good enough, changed hotels to VO Suites for $AU56 a night. Got kitchen, double bed, hot showe

Zentral in Santiago, aber nur bedingt zu empfehlen

Wir hatten ein 3-Bett Appartement direkt neben dem Hostel. Das Zimmer roch schon bei der Ankunft irgendwie merkwürdig. Der Abfluss im Bad war verstopft. Das Hostelpersonal kurzfristig nicht helfen. Wir mussten darauf hin die sanitären Anlagen im Haupthaus nutzen. Eigentlich kein Problem, wenn wir einen Schlüssel bekommen hätten. Nachts stand man auf der. Straße vorm Hostel und musste jemand von der Rezeption wach klingeln.

No me abria la puerta...

La estadia en general fue buena. Limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Lo único, llegué como a las 19hs el segundo día, y me fui a cenar sin haber podido entrar a mi cuarto (ni bañarme) a las 22hs. El personal me ofreció una merienda, y un late check out, pero de todas maneras me pareció muy lenta la respuesta. Recién pude entrar nuevamente a las 12, cuando volví de cenar :(. De haber tenido que viajar ese día me complicaba muchísimo!

Hotel de ciudad con buena relación calidad-precio.

Estadía de 2 noches en Santiago. Nos atendieron bien, el desayuno lo sirven en una cafetería al lado del hotel y es bueno. Situado en una zona bohemia y cosmopolita, segura, céntrica y bien comunicada. Lo malo es que no dispone de ascensor para acceder a los apartamentos y nos ubicaron en una tercera planta.
