The staff at the Apart Hotel Viva Providencia were very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and they provided clear instructions for things we needed to know. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet at night, we were able to get a great nights sleep. The only suggestions are that the walls in the apartments need to be repainted and the bathtub gets really slippery when you take a shower, we were worried about falling while we stepped out of the shower.

Quiet convenience
This place was convenient to many cafes and restaurants and in a quiet area. Although breakfast was not made on the premises they did provide a daily bag filled with coffee and tea packets, granola bars, nuts and crackers, etc. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside was in the kitchen the microwave was on a high shelf. Made it hard for short people (like us) to reach it.

Outstanding neighborhood. Quiet, but close to lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. The building and apartment were very clean. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. However, it was relatively modern and the kitchen had everything that you need for a lengthier stay. Front desk was so friendly! They were great!

Apart Hotel muito bom!! No meu apartamento faziam limpeza diariamente com troca das toalhas. Ainda deixavam um kit por hospede, que incluia suco, bolacha, adoçantes, acuçar, cafe e amendoim. Recomendo!!

Muy buena estadía, el lugar estaba limpio y es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La chica de la recepción muy atenta y agradable. Como recomendación detalles pequeños, cómo dejar más confort para repuesto en los baños. La pieza de 2 cañas no tenía tele. El desayuno incluido era una bolsa con snacks simples. Recomiendo totalmente , lugar tranquilo con buena ubicación y muy comodo.

Imóvel com excelente localização, recepção com funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, apartamento em bom estado de conservação. Faço apenas uma crítica construtiva, deveriam melhorar um pouco mais na limpeza do imóvel fora isso, a estadia foi muito boa!
