"Beautiful property. My only complaint is that everything is extra. For the amount you spend on the room there should be at least a free breakfast included. Very expensive."

"Poor quality property, staff are truly unhelpful including the managers. The room we took was a king volcano mountain view room, the room had no in room slippers not even one. We had to make a request. The room did not have a single towel in the bathroom. We made a request and it took multiple calls and 45mins before the towels were delivered. The place really needs some attention to detail as I wasn’t convinced it was ready for the guest to occupy the room and no one wanted to take responsibility or apologise for their poor service "

"Beautiful view of Arenal from our room, with lush landscaping. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast and the pool area were very nice! The staff was excellent."

"Great stay for 6 days nights. Great friendly staff and the food and beer are solid. Fabalous view of lake arenal. The grounds are hilly and steep in some places, but couple of very nice trails. Lots of animals: dogs, cows, goats etc which for me is always welcome. The owner J.P. is a riot and great to talk to. Wealth of knowledge about the area and Costa Rica in general. "

"Clean room, spacious place for 2 adults and 3 kids. Delicious fresh fruits on breakfast. Great springs pools with different temperatures. Only one con is a very crowded during the weekend. The staff allow day pass, probably that is the reason"
