"Room was spotless and very chic. Always plenty of staff to help with any needs I had. The whole resort was in excellent condition. Food within the resort was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this resort. Housekeeping was outstanding too! The staff were all excellent. "

"The ocean view rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful; the staff were very friendly. The hotel premise was also clean and very nice. We used the swimming pools (including the children's pool) and enjoyed the children's playland (you will need to pay by the hour; it's not owned by the hotel). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Parking was available at all times even when there was a weekend event. The only downside was the delayed check in for one of our rooms (we had 3 room reservations). We were told that we could check in at 3 pm; our room was available about an hour later. All in all, the customer service of all the staff was excellent. They were really generous and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The top hotel in Guam in terms of location and amenities. Only issue is that despite being a top hotel, there is a separate charge to use the basic beach chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. Also, love the drinking water dispensers so folks can use a reusable water bottle, but the areas around them seemed wet and damp due to overflows. "
