Staff was very good an accommodating. Pool was very nice and lots of spots to sit. Room was clean but outdated, musty and air conditioning took hours to get to comfortable temperature. Fan was loud. Good expensive but just ok.

The pool and ocean views were lovely! Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was not bad for an all inclusive. We will definitely be coming back!

HOTEL BIULÚ
The Hotel Biulu staff were so amazing & hard working [especially Geraldo, Carlos, the room cleaning & restaurant staff], and they delivered exceptional client service, cleanliness and delicious meals for the duration of our 12 day stay in Tangolunda.

Park Royal Beach Huatulco – All Inclusive
The driving staff was very helpful. The front desk however did not relay requests very well and we did not have good service. The front desk manager would not let us continue to use the resort facilities after the noon checkout time even though our flight pick up time was 3 hours away unless we paid ...

Quinta Real Huatulco
Property was very quite, a lot of stairs, meals very expensive for what you received, service was excellent, staff very friendly, to get to pool or beach either shuttle or slot of steps, view was incredible
