"The staff were polite and helpful but there was a lack of staff so sometimes we had to wait for help. The Wifi wasn't working through the whole resort couldn't connect at all. The toilets were also a bit faulty but was rectified mostly by the staff. "We enjoyed the river and the ocean and all of the nature that surrounded us. The staff were attentive and kind. The food choices were good and quite delicious and at a fair price.
