"Despite the hotel needs a complete upgrade , we enjoyed our stay. Linda, the receptionist was so helpful and super friendly. The staffs managed to find us the fans we asked for as the appartment has only air conditioned in main room. The location is perfect. only 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes uber drive to the square/old town which is super noisy after 10pm! Great for youngsters but not for us 50 or over club 😆 All in all it was a good stay. "

"A lovely 3 nights in the Velamar We had a room on the 2nd floor woth a sea view which was very nice. A lovely live singer around the pool on Friday afternoon she was really good. A great choice at breakfast on the roof top restaurant. All of the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Overall a lovely hotel and can recommend staying there. "
