Only had one rude experience with Eloise at the front desk 😒 Anabel was extremely helpful and polite so was Andre thanks to them,,I would look for them for questions during my stay, Eloise could use some customer service!!!! "Excellent spacious apartment, fantastic friendly staff and a jam packed kids entertainment schedule despite it being end of season. Would totally recommend as a half term sun escape. Weather was mixed but pools still manageable and indoor heated pools as an option. "
