"Bed was really hard, no extra towels, no iron to press clothes, etc. paid for 6 nights. Ended up staying only one night. Tried getting the situation resolved and no luck with the owner. No answer after he told me we could get an iron and that was it. No refund or anything. Definitely not ..."
