The apartment was great, very spacious with a great view of the city. The staff was very help and courteous, they provided helpful information about navigating the area and gave great recommendations in the area. The hotel is very close to la Provencia where there are many nearby shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience.

Here’s a polished version: The hotel rooms are spotless, beautiful, and exceptionally well maintained. The architecture is truly on another level and adds to the luxurious atmosphere of the property. We really enjoyed our stay at Devu Hotel — it’s a fantastic hotel apartment. The facility is clean, the location is excellent, and the service is superb, meeting all of our expectations. The location couldn’t be more convenient, close to everywhere we needed to go. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. What really stood out was the service. The customer service was phenomenal across the board — from the front desk to housekeeping. Most importantly, the manager, Mateo, went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making our stay extremely comfortable. Our week-long stay at Hotel Devú was an overall fantastic experience, highlighted by an incredibly warm and professional welcome that set the tone for the entire trip. The rooms were consistently spotless and well-maintained, and the customer service across the board was a perfect 5 out of 5. The only minor drawback we encountered was that room service comes with an additional fee, which was the only thing we didn't quite like. However, everything else was so exceptional that we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.

When I first saw this hotel, I was a little skeptical because there were barely any reviews. However, it was such an incredible deal for a beautiful looking hotel, so I took a chance and booked it. I'm so glad I did! It was a brand new hotel that had just opened up 2 weeks ago. When we arrived, the staff was so kind and welcoming. The restaurant offered us coffee and a cocktail while we waited. It was the perfect welcoming to a country known for its coffee. When it was time for check in, the staff walked us to the room to show us around and we were immediately impressed. It was SO beautiful and VERY spacious. Despite its prime location, the sound did not travel inside the room unless we opened the windows. Even then, it wasn't a distraction at all. The beds were also VERY comfortable. I have back issues and I woke up each night feeling better. This is a great hotel for anyone wanting more space, but still within walking distance to popular sites in Provenza.

Welcoming staff, super helpful orienting to the room, the local area, hotel services, excellent and welcoming. At night, the rain was intense, the design of the room allows outside air througj open vents where the air flows upward, therefore; rain cannot enter the room, but the impact on the metal vents made quite a lot of noise and I did not find a way to dampen the noise. If you have kids or mind that type of noise, ask the staff beforehand how to dampen the noise.
