"The grounds are stunning. Staff are polite, helpful, and efficient. The room was very nice but the en suite (shower in particular) is dated and not designed for tall people. The hotel in general is quiet, which is good as you can hear everything if someone is talking outside your door. Overall - very nice and would definitely stay again. "

"As a female traveller, I felt completely safe here and would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Monteverde. Great place for a solo traveller with a communal kitchen to help keep down expenses of eating out. WiFi in all the rooms. "Beautiful, faciltiy. We stayed in the Forest Deluxe room which was larger and a bit further back from the road. The grounds are well maintained, the breakfast service was great and the staff was friendly. Just across the street are some decent restaurants and a grocery store. It's a short 2-3 block walk to the town square. "
