Once you walked into the door, it was cozy inside, safe, clean and staff very friendly , walking distance to city center.

Overall, a pleasant stay. The hotel was centric and walkable to the city's center. The amenities and rooms were adequately stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful. Uber is an economic and accessible option to explore the rest of the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good shower with plenty of hot water. 5-10 minutes walk to central plaza. Would have preferred Bolivian coffee to Nescafe at breakfast time.

First, my check-in with desk clerk Fabiola was first rate. She was gracious and totally professional. She even carried my two bags up a flight of stairs and refused my tip. It's located just a few blocks from Plaza 24th de Septiembre, a favorite place for locals and tourists. Very clean and quiet place. And, hot water is almost instant. Very nice place at great prices.

Estancia regular en hotel buen retiro

Cuando se realiza reserva, se acepta un monto de pago en dólares pero al momento de realizar el pago, realizan el cambio a bolivianos, por lo cual personalmente se me generan dos castigos, el cambio de dólar a boliviano, después de bolivianos a dólares en mi cuenta y por último de dólares a pesos chilenos, por lo cual se aumentan los costos y uno no termina pagando lo acordado en la reserva. Pieza no tenía espacio para una cama y dos veladores (solo había uno) ventanas muy pequeñas que hacían que entrara muy poca luz natural. Personal de casino y aseo muy amable

Well after travelling in remote Andes, my own bath was a highlight. Having wifi and TV were nice. Place clean, they catered to my disabilities. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Asked about a box and packing tape as suitcase getting overweight. Since use a cane they had a boy did the running around for me. Given excellent directions to post office and night market. This was a day of rest after 6 days in road tour and a new tour on the road the next day. I rebooked for two nights after my tour.

店員さんのサービス、愛嬌がとても良かったです。全て女性のスタッフの為かとても明るく安心して過ごせました。 こちらはアパートメントタイプのホテルになっており通常のホテルより広いです、私は1番安いグレードの部屋に泊まりました。冷蔵庫キッチンがついており皿など調理器具もそろっておりました、ガスやレンジ等料理するのに不自由ない設備です、私は自炊をしたかったのでとても快適でした。外観は入り口が少し暗いので分かりづらいかもしれません、ホテルのそれとは違います、そして町までは多少歩きますが気になる程ではありませんがホテル周りにカードが使える飲食店が少ない為カードのみで旅行する方は少し探すと思います、とはいってもここは一人旅や男同士の旅ならとてもオススメです！もし家族やカップル等であれば部屋のグレードを上げるならオススメです、少し拝見しましたが非常に良いです、こちらは総合的に料金以上の設備なので満足です、コストパフォーマンス良き！ おそらく穴場スポットだと私は勝手ながら思っております。GRACIAS!それでは良い旅を、BUEN VIAJE‼︎
